"I love love love this apartment. The apartment was just the right amount of space for me and my friend. The bed was comfortable. The living room had the right amount of space and Very clean. It smelled good. We had all the amenities that we needed. The host of the apartment Had very clear communication and responded Immediately with any questions we had. When I come back to visit New York, I do plan on rebooking. The location and neighborhood is also amazing. Very quiet and safe. "

"Good bed, towel, and pillow. Good communication with the owner and good internet. The cleanliness of the apartment could be improved; I suggested to the owner to pay more attention to the window since the spaces next to the air conditioner were covered with pieces of cardboard, leaving the apartment unprotected and very noisy. We were on the first floor, and it felt like anyone passing by on the street was right inside the room, given the lack of proper protection."

"Convenient studio offering easy access to NYC. The host was incredibly kind and helpful, providing valuable information on navigating public transportation to and from New York City. One suggestion for improvement would be to install a light at the entrance. During the night, finding the keys without using the flashlight on my phone was a bit challenging due to the lack of light."

"The location is excellent and the space is perfect, especially if you have more than 2 people. A few things to be aware of that aren’t in the listing is that it is a 3rd floor walk up with steep, narrow stairs and the two main bedrooms are street facing and it’s loud all night. The back bedroom is quieter but it is off the kitchen with no door and a double bed. "

"Hotel modesto, mas que cumpre ao preço pago a que se propõe. Instalações limpas e banheiro comum reformado. Não tenho o que reclamar da limpeza. Funcionários do lobby não são rudes, como tinha visto em algumas reclamações sobre o hotel. Lógico que, com a grande circulação de hóspedes, eles são pontuais nas informações. Apenas dois funcionários foram bem ruins - mas infelizmente não lembro o nome (um senhor é uma mulher). Hotel de ótima localização. Me hospedaria lá novamente"
