"Honestly, I had expected it to be a little nicer than it was since it’s a pretty new hotel and more expensive than others in the area. There’s free coffee in the rooms, but you have to pay for the coffee in the lobby. Also, the listing does state that breakfast is not included, but again, since this hotel is more expensive, yet completely average in every other way, it didn’t seem really worth the extra cost to have so little included. Being on the river isn’t that great of a view and our room...

"Terrible experience. Management not able to help at all even though I called a long time in advance to secure a late check in. The day of check in nobody was at the premise and they were not picking up my calls either. Unfortunately, I needed to find another place to slee. A couple of days I called again to further understand what happened and they were very rude and unreasonable. Stay away of this property. Very dissapointing experience."
