"My wife and I, and our daughter's family (including our grandkids (ages 5 and 8) spent an amazing long weekend at Spring Cove Farm. We all loved our stay so much. The house was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed and the pier/water was gorgeous with ample kayaks and paddle boards. "Our stay was amazing. The house is beautiful. The views and peaceful location were completely used. "Rather than staying at a noisy hotel, we opted to go with the VRBO while at a lax tourney at the DE turf. The house is located in a quiet area. We ventured into surrounding towns for local restaurants and shopping. (It does take 12-15 min to get anywhere). The accommodations were comfortable and my daughter and I had our own sleeping areas. "

"The cottage was quaint and met the needs we had just fine. Great working heat and plenty to cook with if desired, coffee was fantastic! The only unexpected thing was the house located directly next to the cottage (I’d estimate less than 12 feet to the left). In the original photos I saw that convinced me to book, it appeared the cottage was more private than it actually is, but we still had an overwhelming positive stay!"

"If your looking for a place near DE turf field this is about 14 mins away if the traffic is bad 10 mins normally. Located near a walmart dollar tree and movie theater. There are many fast food options 5 mins away. The home is great has there is an airfryer which is good. The seller communication was great. I had no issues getting in or checking out. My son who is 6'2 slept comfortably in the other room. Beds are as comfortable as a hotel. Over all nithing to complain about. Better than a hotel...

" Wonderful quiet property with a fully equipped stay. AC, Lighting, bug prevention, kitchen amenities, and linens were huge positives. The water temp/controls were a tad confusing and variable, difficult to tell the cause. Another comfort note would be the ladder rungs to the upper bed - they were extremely difficult and uncomfortable to use. There isn't much room for a ladder, so the selected style is understandable, but for anyone looking for a quick and easy sleeping sleeping arrangement...

"We stayed at this place for a family wedding at the nearby beach club. In addition to be a convenient location, the views from the house and property were stunning. The style inside the house was quite eclectic which gave it wonderful charm. Coming back at night gave us fits trying to find the driveway but that was a small price to pay for such a great house. "
