Completely renovated apartment with all brand new appliances and furniture! Small but very spacious private place to unwind and relax.
This space offers a 1 bedroom, 1 bath. The front porch offers a spacious and great space to relax and enjoy a great evening/night in a very quiet neighborhood.
The apartment also offers an additional back porch which leads to the parking area and an enclosed pet area, we also offer a fire pit in the of the property for a nice evening gathering.

A great experience
We really enjoyed our stay. The place was clean, comfortable and cozy. It was also a quick and easy drive to the convention center. I definitely recommend it if you need a place to stay in the Greensboro area.

Very cute place close to downtown
We came to the area for a concert at a venue near by. The apartment was decorated very cute and was comfortable to stay in. Awesome living room with big TV ! Neighborhood was very quiet ! Good parking too ! Had some issues with the VRBO app but was able to contact the host no problem ! Very responsive !

Misleading fenced yard
I picked this propery bc it advertised a fenced yard. It was actually a 24’ by 5’ wrought iron run that was in poor condition. Several posts were bent and the posts did not reach the ground. My miniature schnauzers could have easily escaped. Only large dogs are safe in the run. Other than that, it is a nice place for the money.

Very Nice Interior, Sketchy Location, Unprofessional Property Manager/Owner
This property is nice, clean, and the pictures are mostly accurate. The location & neighborhood is sketchy. There was 2 bath towels and 1.5 rolls of toilet paper for 2 adults for a 4 night stay which is inadequate. We were confirmed for 1 of the 2 units in the building. When we arrived my wife walked into a open door in the unit our paperwork indicated we have reserved to find it occupied. Fortunately, these folks were understanding & stated they had also been confirmed in writing for the other unit. When I made our reservation on 12/14/23 I communicated to the manager that we would be traveling and difficult to reach for several days before arrival and stated that address and check in information we needed 5 days in advance - which they confirmed and agrees to in writing on the VRBO platform (this is in our communication record). I reached out to them on the day we had agreed to receive this information and even provided them additional personal information to relieve claimed security concerns but they refused to provide the requested information. They would not even give us an address so we could map to the location. Our check in was supposed to be at 3pm 4/12. The managers did not send the check in information till 5:57 PM on 4/12. There was no prior notification that they had moved us to the other unit, no explanation, & no apology at any point tendered by the managers. Excuseless! We would not book with these people again & will seek some relief from VRBO.

Unfortunately, we didn’t get our check in instructions until we were at the airport. We sent an email and a text with no response. After calling VRBO we finally received an email. The apartment was beautiful and had everything we needed.

Absolute perfection in Greensboro NC
I booked this property very last minute looking for a place that I felt at home and comfortable, but also felt safe. I can honestly say that the moment I walked through the door, I was absolutely amazed at how beautiful the entire home was. Everything from the butcher block counters and farmhouse style stainless steel sink, to the dual-shower head shower, and the comfortable sectional couch and very comfortable queen sized bed. Every bit of the property was thought out with attention to detail and is beautifully decorated. After leaving an abusive home, I felt safe, at home and at peace in this little oasis off Spring Garden St in Greensboro. If you are looking for a nice place to stay at an extremely reasonable price, you’ve found it in this listing. Rafael and Ryan were very responsive and helpful with me during my stay and I am extremely grateful for all their help. I highly recommend booking this property for your next visit to the Triad area!

Simple weekend
The overall feel of the place was great! My boyfriend and i were very comfortable and felt safe in area. I went for a walk in the area and my boyfriend was not concerned. The only thing i would suggest improvement on the property is that were stains on the couch and the place had a smell. They provided a candle to help i think with it but overall it was a nice stay. I did have issues contacting the manager at the time of booking. I had to call vrbo for them to reach out for me. Evenstill i didnt hear a response until way later.

A Perfect Little Place
My daughter and I were traveling to Greensboro for a soccer tournament. Since it was just she and I, we decided to look for a small place since instead of a hotel because we would be in town for five days. We were very happy with this rental. It is one side of a house that looks like it has been subdivided. The owner has done a great job renovating and it was perfect for my daughter and I. The personal touches (shampoo and conditioner in the shower, toothbrush with toothpaste, a hair dryer with diffuser and a straightening iron to name a few) made it feel like home. The house is right near a major road which made it extremely convenient to get anywhere we needed to go. It was far enough off of the road that we didn’t hear any noise. Highly recommend this rental for a couple who are looking to have a good time in Greensboro!

Very nice!
The house was very clean and nicely decorated and up to date. Loved the music feature in the bathroom and it had a great shower. The bed was comfortable! The house was a great location to the Greensboro Aquatic Center to watch my daughter swim. Neighbors were quiet despite the house being attached to another unit. We would stay again!

Loved this place! Very up to date, clean, comfortable. We were never more than 10-15 minutes from anything we wanted to do - downtown, the Bog, pedicure, restaurants. Would definitely stay again. Highly recommend.

Another great stay!

It’s in the details
It’s in the details…. You can tell that the owners put a lot of thought and effort into the remodeling and Decour of this adorable cottage. It was the perfect location for me to stay with my daughters dog while we visit her at High Point. The owners are super sweet, and wonderful at communication. I cannot thank them enough for the lovely, restful stay. In fact, I hope to stay there again on my next visit to the area.
