"Barbara was so easy and nice to communicate with! The house was as described/looks in pictures and had everything we needed for our family (13 people), including a basement area where the kids could hang out and watch tv while we cooked in the beautiful kitchen! Great area with a clubhouse down the road for use. Would definitely stay again! "

"Great location for our family reunion. Near to downtown, great restaurants nearby. This house is very roomy, decorated beautifully, great kitchen. We would stay here again!"

"Great little spot with short, easy ride into town. We had a lot going on and it was very cold so we didn't get to take full advantage of all the back yard had to offer but the fully fenced in yard was great for our dog. We hope to get back in the warmer months to fully utilize all the property and town has to offer. "

"Nice comfortable house. We had everything we needed. Very clean and comfortable with two nice outdoor seated areas. Great location too. Lots to do nearby. One thing to mention is that the listing says it sleeps 10 but the pullout sofa is on the side indoor patio which you can’t sleep in during cold weather. So some of our party had no other place to sleep but the couch which is right next to the kitchen.. Also, the hot tub is a jet powered tub in the bathroom, not a hot tub. "

"Had a great stay mid-week. The property had plenty of fun for the kids (shuffleboard, dart board) and was centrally located to walk to all the restaurants and shops! "

"This was a beautiful riverside spot that we spent a relaxing weekend in Feb. enjoying the local spa areas and using the hot tub as much as possible. David was a fantastic host and helped make the stay easy. Would recommend and keep an eye out for the bald eagle that flew by a couple times when we were there! "

"Very cool cabin, it has all the amenities but still feels cozy & rustic. Host was super. Beautiful area with picturesque mountain lakes, separated from the crowds of Lake George without feeling inconvenient. Some folks (especially ones like us with a younger kid) may want to consider that although the cabin is essentially “on the water” there is no way to walk alongside it on this property. "14 of us went to visit my son at RPI for a football game. Loved the property. Back yard was beautiful and completely fenced in! Room for our corn hole game and we could even go into the basement with it when it rained. View is beautiful across the street from the front porch, enjoyed my coffee there. Plenty of space for every to sleep and we even got 9 people on the couch it’s so big. Would rent again!"
