"Gathered the family for Uma’s 70th birthday celebration. Great house, lots of space, fantastic amenities, beautiful pool, well stocked kitchen. Kayaked the river. The sunrise was only exceeded by the sunset views. We all definitely want to return in summer. "

Plenty of towels, plenty of all supplies, and even a container of personal items you might have forgotten. This property is beautifully decorated and roomy enough to enjoy togetherness or alone time. "We enjoyed our stay at the Old Mill. We rented the street-level apartment which was perfect for the four of us. The kids enjoye d the toys and we all had fun playing some board games. The place was very clean. There were some Asian beetles present but this was not unique to just this property. "This is a great little studio right in the heart of downtown Waverly. The studio has everything needed for a short or slightly longer stay. Great location to enjoy all the small shops, yet convenient to everything in Waverly including Wartburg College. This is the second time staying with this host. Tim is very communicative and great to work with. We have and will stay again when we are in the area. "
