"I really loved our stay at The Stat, it was very enjoyable. It’s truly a hidden gem in the middle of Midtown and minutes from downtown Nashville. We were able to walk to many restaurants and Uber to many places only taking a few minutes. Our unit was very clean, comfortable and quiet. Having a full kitchen was nice and the courtyard was great addition. I highly recommend staying here."

"As our granddaughter lives in the building, this was perfect for us to visit her. Easy walking to restaurants, the area was clean and quiet. The only thing we didn’t like was the bed. We’re used to a king size, this was queen and the mattress was VERY soft and low to the floor. Loved that it had a washer and dryer and detergent was even there. "
