"I travel to San Francisco once a year and I ALWAYS book this property for my stay."

"This property has two separate amazing views of the pacific all times of day that will give you amazing mornings and breathtaking sunsets. The property is in a great area of the city close to so Many prominent areas like Golden Gate Park and the Sunset(which the property is located in) and Richmond districts. It’s within walking distance to a park with 360 views of this beautiful city. Ada is a great host and I will be returning for future stays. "

"Lovely spot to relax in right on the beach, views of varied beach acivies: walking, surfing, kites, jogging — and for surfers, you are right there! Park Side Cafe has really upgraded, superb bakery, excellent chef. Breakers Cafe also very good. Bookstore and library close at hand, and Mt. Tam is just across thge street with world class coastal view trails and redwoods. Stinson Beacch Market is well-stocked — including fresh vegetables — and has friendly staff members. "

"My husband and I spent the weekend in SF and stayed in this cute little studio space. Access to public transport was so convenient and there are several good places to eat within walking distance. The owners were friendly and responsive. The space was clean and met all of our needs. Definitely recommend! "

"The walls were paper thin, I could hear people speaking in the next room. Very noisy. No TV service on regular channels - you had to have had a streaming service account. At check out, you had to take your own garbage/ recycling outside to the bins in the backyard."

"My 2 daughters and I stayed at this sweet property for a week touring schools around the Bay area. Howard- the owner-was helpful and kind. The location was great walking distant to Golden Gate park with a lot of cute restaurants and coffee shops nearby. I highly recommend. "

"Very comfortable home in a great location in San Francisco. The host was kind enough to help us unload the car, which was wonderful when we had a grumpy baby on arrival. He gave a quick tour and showed us where the baby accessories were. He put the crib together in the room my daughter chose and was very nice. We had a great stay and enjoyed our downtime at the house."

"The best thing was parking. It was super easy. As long as no other car take up the designated parking spot in front of the grass (which no one did). I rented a car, and I mean, if you're visiting the Bay Area you should rent a car. The main issue I had was that the shower drain was clogged. Other than that, it's a studio and felt like a studio. It was also a bit annoying that there was a sign that you could only use 1 of each of the following at a time: the coffee machine, the microwave, and...

"This is actually my second time writing this review; so, hopefully it goes through this time because Deanna was great and her place are great. Everything was incredibly clean and well appointed. The place has a kitchenette, it's own entrance and was in a great neighborhood. I slept great and the heater was very cozy and worked like a champ when needed. I would certainly stay again!"
