"From the moment we booked our trip, David was amazing! The house was even better than we expected. The grounds were spectacular and the lake front was incredible. Everything you need is in the house which is so thoughtful and I noticed it is also an accessible home which is very rare and wonderful. We will be going back again! Thank you David!"

"Property was in good shape, though I recommend the owner consider refinishing the tub, the current paint job is not so good. The location is too far from downtown Troy to easily walk but is an easy drive. The building has multiple units and finding the right one was a bit tricky, but the place was clean and well-kept overall and parking was easy, I would stay again."

"Comfortable and presentable. Location is great for going downtown or shopping in general. Restaurants are very close by. Property manager was easy to communicate with."

"6 family members staying for a weekend to attend a wedding in the area. Stay could not have been better. Property is lovely, just as described with all kinds of lovely extras. Kathleen is a phenomenal host--most responsive host I have ever encountered. Communicatio and check in could not have benn easier. "Very clean and great accommodations for our Girls' trip to Troy! We were in town to celebrate a special occasion for my youngest daughter. The home is within walking distance of amenities listed on Vrbo! We were able to easily drive from the house to the venue in Albany. Overall everyone had a rather enjoyable time and would highly recommend this listing- we’d even think about staying here the next time we’re in town! "

"We were taking our college kid back to Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy and this house was convenient - an easy 20 minute drive to Troy. The house is big with a good kitchen and an outdoor patio and large tree-shaded yard. We also took day trips to Albany and Saratoga which were easy trips from here. There’s a grocery store, wine and bottle shop and pizza and ice cream shops nearby. It’s secluded and quiet. "

"This place was great. Nice house with all the amenities nec. 2 Full bedrooms with private bathrooms, fully equipment kitchen, huge screened in porch with bar overlooking a peaceful creak. Nice living room with excellent entertainment system etc. Super clean and just plain nice. Little niceties in every room! Great communication from the host Mitch who welcomes any questions etc. Couldn’t ask for better ! Why stay in a hotel ?? Thanks Mitch, we had a wonderful weekend with friends !!"

"Jane and Jeff's cottage is absolutely perfect for a quiet getaway off the shores of Saratoga Lake. We can imagine that their neighborhood is full of fun, sun, and activities in the summertime but when we visited in October, it was a perfect autumn escape. We were so happy we chose their cottage for our weekend trip, it was a perfect spot to stay between Saratoga Springs and Albany. "The apartment was adequate for our stay in the Albany area to attend my niece's wedding. There was plenty of room and the apartment was clean. The owners are in the process of renovating so at this time there is work that needs to be done. We would have liked to spend time in the yard and build a campfire down by the river but there was some construction going on in the back of the house. Overall, it was a nice stay and will likely be even nicer when the renovations are complete."

"Primeiramente chegamos próximo ao meio dia, e nos informaram que teríamos que pagar $30 para entrar antes das 15:00, quando entramos no hotel nos deram um quarto sem tv, completamente fedendo, trocaram por um no 2 andar e não tinha elevador e o quarto estava puro mofo, perdemos toda a nossa tarde tentando contato com o hotel.com que não ajudou em nada e mentiram informando que daria um cupom pelo inconveniente, e somente as 18:00 que o hotel trocou o quarto para um sem mofo, mas mesmo assim meu marido ficou ruim pela falta de higiene "
