"I went there to propose to my now fiancé, the plan was for friends and family to arrive first and by the time I proposed on the mountain our friends to be waiting to surprise her. The staff was super accommodating with an early check in and the place was great, very large and ski on ski off from western territories. Highly recommend if you're there with a large group."

"The condo was so clean and lovely! Lots of space and 2 baths made this very family friendly. Since it was off-season, the lodge was fairly empty and most of the restaurants and gift shops were closed. I imagine the place is bustling and fun during the ski season. Remember to print maps before you go - hard to get around with no GPS in the area. The views in West Virginia are gorgeous! We took the Cass Scenic Train ride up Bald Knob, it was a perfect Fall adventure. Would love to come back...

"The owner is very communicative and very nice. The location and views are fantastic. The downstairs condo plumbing needs updating. The toilet kept overflowing. The stone stairs has a top loose step that needs repaired, elderly person almost fell. The upper deck railing needs repair. This is a good place for the money and has the potential to be amazing."
