"The room is very nice - linens are superb - little noisy with road noise however not a big deal at all - parking a little inconvenient and not make for anyone who can not do stairs - we really like the location as it is close to our family and downtown walking distance - we will stay here again in the future. "Good location. Good communication from the owner. We only stayed for 2 days here, which was a mistake. We should of been here our whole trip. Easily housed our family of 5. Our kids loved the vibe of the early 1900s home, had fun playing hide and seek and exploring the charm of the home. Would stay again"

"Overall we were very pleased with our stay and experience with the Loveland house and in dealing with the hosts ! If I were to point out any cons, the only thing I could see improvement in is the dishwasher could be replaced in my opinion, and the pool towels were very small, we would probably bring our own beach towels next time. Other than that, the house was very accommodating for our large family ! We would definitely stay again !!! "

"The view of the Rockies from this neighborhood in Mead, Colorado is stunning. My family and I loved taking walks and soaking up the picturesque surroundings. The home was perfect for my family of 6, with a lot of room to spare. Devin was an excellent and very responsive host before and throughout our stay. Highly recommended VRBO. Thanks for the beautiful experience!"

"This is a really great little house that is well kept, located, stocked, cleaned and anything else you can think of."

"It was a good location and the house was great!"

"We had everything we needed to cook Thanksgiving dinner except the pan on which the turkey was cooked. We expected that and brought one. The home was cozy and warm. It's old and squeaky, which didn't bother us and even gave it some character. There was a very nice fenced-in space outside for our little dog. The home was very clean. The price was right and conveniently located.I e-mailed the host a few times and she always answered promptly."

"Ranchers Roost was spacious, easily accomodating many people in town for a wedding. It provided a cozy place for a large gathering after the wedding festivities where everyone was at ease and comfortable. Well stocked truly meant that with coffee,Baking supplies, and paper products. "One thing that maybe could have made it better is to have a swimming pool and hot tub and maybe an ice machine as well. Since there is a vending machine for drinks, most people would like to have ice with their drinks. Other than that, it was a nice place to stay and our room was nice and clean."
