The villa has 2 double bedrooms/living & Kitchen with private 55sqm Swimming pool surrounded by Ample tiled veranda with Sun beds and out door furniture for pool party and sun bath. All rooms are Air-conditioned. Breathtaking views from balcony and private ground/garden. Walking distance to local Tavernas, Inka Supermarket and village square. Well situated to visit a great variety of villages of ancient history/archaeological or typical local life interest. Situated in one of the highest sea level of the village which provides an entire clear view of the village, sea and mountains. Away from the main roads and village which gives a peaceful environment with soothing sounds of nature. The beautiful sandy beach of Kalives only 15 min drive. The beaches of Almyrida and Georgioupolis are 20-30 Min drive.

Kefalas Villa
Had a great 2 week stay at this villa. Pon was always on hand to resolve any issues which were minor. Check in was straightforward and the villa was spotlessly clean on arrival. There was tea, cofffe,water and wine to help us settle in which was much appreciated. It is a 10 minute stroll to the village which has 2 tavernas and 2 small corner shop type mini markets. They stock most things you would need for a self catering holiday. They only stock frozen meat and fish so you have to burrow around some basic freezers for these items. We did not hire a car as we wanted a total chill out holiday. The villagers are very friendly and welcoming as are a couple of cats who decided to become our pets for our stay. A big thank you to Pon, Manilos, Katerina,(Materizi taverna) and Patricia (in.ka supermarket) for making our stay so enjoyable.

Schöner Urlaub
Mein Mann und ich hatten eine sehr gute und entspannte Zeit in diesem schönen Haus mit herrlichem Meerblick! Die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer lief unkompliziert. Im Prinzip ist das Haus sehr ruhig und man kann dort gut entspannen. Wir hatten Pech und 2 Tage lang Baggerarbeiten direkt hinter dem Haus, wo ein neues Haus gebaut werden soll. Das gab eine Menge Lärm und viel gelben Staub. Der Besitzer war sofort erreichbar, konnte aber leider nichts tun, da die Arbeiten nicht auf seinem Grundstück stattfanden. Aber wir hatten Glück, dass es nur 2 Tage waren. Etwas mehr Platz zum Unterbringen der eigenen Kleidung wäre schön gewesen, die Kleiderschränke waren fast voll mit vielen Oberbetten und Kopfkissen. Netterweise hat der Besitzer uns auf Nachfrage noch Handtücher zur Verfügung gestellt, denn 1 kleines und 1 großes Handtuch plus 3 Geschirrtücher wären uns für 14 Tage zu wenig gewesen. Ansonsten ist das Haus gut ausgestattet mit Geschirr, Kaffeemaschine und Waschmaschine. Alles in allem hatten wir eine wirklich erholsame Zeit! Auch das kleine Dorf mit den beiden Tavernen und 2 kleinen Minimärkten ist bezaubernd und noch sehr ursprünglich. Hier ist die Zeit noch stehen geblieben und man hat Erinnerungen an das Griechenland, das wir vor 40 Jahren kannten. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt!

We had a lovely 12 nights here. The villa is a perfect get away and all the restaurants are a 10 min gentle walk into the heart of the village. The 2 little shops cater for all your needs and all the beaches are a short drive away. Pon is an excellent host, we highly recommend this villa.

Great villa!
We were really pleased that the owner Pon was active on giving information and made everything so easy. Villa was clean and just the right size for family of five. The pool was clean and convinient size. There was pool toys available also, wich was great. The enviroment was very calm, our teenagers could walk to the nearest minimarket by theyselves. The streets were really really narrow! If you are insecure driver (you will need a car when visiting this villa), it's not maybe the best location for you. Also it's not The best solution If you have chalenge to climb hill. We drove to the nearest beach in 20 minutes (Almyrida beach) almost everyday and enjoyed The great beach, waves and beatiful restaurants! We also made a trip to Chania and other beaches near villa. Thank you!

Amazing
A liitle bit of paradise, Villa is of a high standard and well equipped, it is in a quite location with a couple of tavernas and small shops nearby. You will need a car to travel around, but the thing is this villa is so relaxing you can fall into the trap of just enjoying the villa and its amazing pool. I was with my wife but the villa could easily accommodate a family. The villa is very comfortable and the beds are also very comfortable, the main bathroom is equipped perfectly and there is also a downstairs toilet where the Washing machine is also located. The pool area is amazing with amazing views, has plenty of sun loungers, a table with chairs and parasols. Dealing with Pon was easy and his instructions of how to get to the villa and how to enter the villa was just perfect. To sum up, Villa 10/10 Beds 10/10 Pool 10/10 Views and area 10/10 Communication 10/10. I would definitely rebook when i am next in the area.

Der Urlaub hat unsere Erwartungen erfüllt.Es was alles genau so wie beschrieben.Mr.Logan war stets erreichbar und hat sich super um unserer Wohlbefinden gesorgt.Die Villa und die Lage sind super und ruhig und die Aussicht grandios. Wie Haben uns sehr wohlgefült.Die zwei Tavernen im Ort sind sehr zu empfehlen (preiswert und super!)

Nice stay at the Logan villa 2
Good equipment, comfortable beds with good mattresses, comfortable large sofa. TV with many international channels - we did not use it, however, because the beautiful view from the terrace was much more attractive. In our opinion, the house is suitable for up to 5 adults. Pon is a very nice and always accessible landlord. We spent a nice time there, even though it was often very windy (as it seems in the whole Mediterranean during that time) and still too cold for a dip in the pool. The area is beautiful in the spring.

If you are looking to get away from the busy city center this is where you need to stay. The mountain and sea views will be the first thing you see when you wake and what a great way to start the day! The walk to the village for dinner and supplies is simple and enjoyable. The house is fantastic and spacious with a beautiful pool!! The host Pon has become my new friend and was available for questions or anything all the time. I booked this Villa without knowing anything about the area and I found my jewel! Thank you Pon for everything and I hope to return soon. Jenny, Shelly and Anna

Great
An 8-night stay in Kefalas, Greece, was an enchanting experience. The quaint village offered breathtaking views of the Mediterranean, and the warm hospitality of the locals made me feel right at home. Séjour très agréable!
La villa est très agréable, dans un site très calme. Pas de mauvaise surprise à notre arrivée par rapport à l'annonce. Seul problème rencontré, un dysfonctionnement de la climatisation du séjour/cuisine, heureusement celles des chambres fonctionnaient. Mais la réactivité exemplaire du propriétaire, pourtant à distance, ainsi que celle du prestataire local nous a permis d'en profiter très rapidement. Thank you very much Pon! La Crête, le soleil, la villa, sa piscine et les cigales ont contribué à la réussite de ce très agréable et sympathique séjour!

Traumhafte Aussicht
Vielen Dank, dass wir in Ihrer wunderschönen Villa wohnen durften. Die Villa ist ausgezeichnet und mit einer herrlicher Aussicht. Sie war auch sehr gut ausgestattet mit einer wundervollen und einladenden offenen Küche und allem Notwendigen: Handtücher, Bettwäsche, Geschirr, Besteck. Die Villa ist sehr modern und doch landestypisch - mit qualitativ sehr guten Betten und neuen Matratzen sowie Badewäsche und anderen liebevollen Details … Das Willkommenspaket und die Früchte haben uns wirklich das Gefühl gegeben, sehr willkommen zu sein. Da in anderen Bewertungen ein Problem mit den Matratzen usw. erwähnt wurde, haben wir uns bemüht, sie bei der Ankunft zu überprüfen. Wir fanden, dass es brandneue Matratzen von sehr guter Qualität sind und sehr bequem waren. Die Villa befindet sich an einem sehr privaten und ruhigen Ort, sodass wir einen erholsamen Urlaub genossen haben. Außerdem hatten wir eine tolle Zeit am Sandstrand von Kalives, der 15 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt ist. Unser Gastgeber Pon hätte nicht hilfsbereiter sein können. Ich würde ohne zu zögern empfehlen, auf Kreta nach ein bisschen Luxus zu suchen - dieser Urlaub als Familie mit unserem 11 Monate alten Baby war unvergesslich.

Wonderful Villa with Stunning views for family or Couple
Our stay at this villa was a very pleasant experience. The Villa is excellent with magnificent view of the Ocean and surrounding Mountains. It was also very well equipped with a wonderful and inviting open plan kitchen, and all the necessities: towels, bed linen, dishes, cutlery, you name it the Villa had plenty. We very much enjoyed our time on the sun loungers on its private swimming pool, that was furnished with all what we needed. The villa was very clean and everything was spotless. Since other review mentioned a problem with the beds, we made a point to check them on arrival. We found them to have brand new mattresses of very good quality and very comfortable. The Villa is in a very private and quite spot so we enjoyed a peaceful holiday. Also we had a great time in Kalives's sandy beach, 15 minutes away by car. We would highly recommend staying at this place while visiting Crete. It would be a fabulous choice. The host went above and beyond. He was a fabulous host.

Luft nach Oben
Ich habe die Villa gebucht um dort teilweise mit meiner Familie 2 Kinder 8+4, und 5 Erwachsenen und 2 Hunden Zeit zu verbringen. Die Villa war für 8 Personen ausgewiesen, was absolut nicht möglich ist. Es gibt im OG 2 Zimmer mit einem Doppelbett und das andere mit 2 Einzelbetten, unter einem Bett lag noch eine Matraze für die aber auf dem Boden überhaupt kein Platz gewesen wäre. Alle Matratzen waren durchgelegen, die Bettdecken sehr unapettitlich und billig. Durch das häufige Waschen lösen die sich teilweise auf. Handtücher und Bettwäsche waren ok aber nicht ausreichend für 7 Personen. Es gibt noch eine "Schlafcouch" für theoretisch 2 Personen im unteren Bereich (Küche/Essbereich) und ein Chaise longue. Die Schlafcouch ist unzumutbar und beim Anblick der Matratze wird einem schlecht. Dort kann man nicht schlafen, musste ich aber leider weil wir eben teilweise mit 7 Leuten dort waren. Der Vermieter Pon L. ist sehr freundlich und reagierte auch auf meine Beschwerde mit Fotos und wollte die Matratze austauschen. Da wir zu dem Zeitpunkt nur noch mit 5 Leuten dort waren und ich später allein mit den Hunden, lohnte sich das nicht mehr aber geschlafen hat auf diesem Ding niemand mehr. Insgesamt ist die Möblierung reif für den Sperrmüll, nur die Küche ist in Ordnung. Die Kosten von 70€ für 14 Tage wifi sind einzusätzlicher Witz. Der Vermieter ist ein netter Kerl wohnt aber in UK, betreibt mehrere Häuser auf Kreta und hat scheinbar etwas den Überblick über den Zustand der Häuser verloren. Er lebt davon wie er mir sagte, da würde ich mehr Professionalität erwarten. Auch ist die Substanz des Hauses nicht gut, der Putz innen blättert an vielen Stellen ab, sieht aus wie Salpeter. Das Haus liegt zudem an einer extremen Hanglage, Parken mit dem PKW dort nicht möglich, d.h. alle Sachen runter und danach wieder hoch schleppen. Der Meerblick ist sensationell aber mit etwas mehr Komfort hätten wir darauf gerne verzichtet.

Glorious Villa
We loved our stay in Kefalas - to the extent that we wanted to stay longer! The Villa is 2 bedroom and is well equipped, located away from the main tourist area in a small Village served by 2 small shops and 3 Tavernas. This gives a more authentic feel of Crete than staying in the more commercialised resorts, in my view. It takes around 40 mins to get there from Chania Airport. It has glorious view of the sea but no local beach. A car is a must, but once the narrow and winding local roads are mastered, access across the island is easy with larger towns and fantastic beaches easily reached. I would also recommend a sat nav but Pon send comprehensive details for locating the Villa. Pon is a fantastic host who is incredibly helpful and accessible. One watch out would be that someone with mobility problems might have difficulty using a steep access road and steps to the upper floor of the Villa.

Die Villa hat einen fantastischen Meerblick von allen Zimmern, Balkon und Terasse. Der Pool ist gepflegt und zur Erfrischung vollkommend ausreichend. Das Haus war sauber und alles in allem ordentlich ausgestattet. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war unkompliziert und das Ein- und Aus- Checken funktionierte reibungslos. Die Villa ist für Ausflüge gut gelegen und der Ort hat Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und eine gute Taverne. Wir können das Objekt uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Das Haus liegt in einer etwas abgelegenen Bergregion und ist dadurch wunderbar geeignet, um sich zu erholen und als Startpunkt für Ausflüge zu dienen (die Anmietung eines Autos ist aber ein MUSS). Die Einrichtung des Hauses ist sehr schön und zweckmäßig (allerdings m.E. nicht für mehr als 4 oder 5 Personen). Die Küche ist komplett eingerichtet und auch die Waschmaschine konnte benutzt werden. Der eigene Pool ist groß und sauber (wurde auch in unserem Aufenthalt gereinigt), so dass man hier auch Pooltage verbringen konnte oder nach den Ausflügen noch eine Runde schwimmen konnte. Die Aussicht vom Haus aus auf das Meer ist phantastisch und mit einem Glas Wein auf der Terrasse ein Genuß. Auch war die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer Pon sehr angenehm und freundlich. Er beantwortete unsere Fragen (z.B. zu WLAN) umgehend und war sehr hilfsbereit. Das Haus können wir somit ohne Einschränkung empfehlen! Bei dem Ort Kefalas handelt es sich um ein kleines Bergdorf, in dem es aber 2 Minimarkets und 3 Tavernen gibt. Somit kann man abends fußläufig Essen und/oder was Trinken gehen. Es war ein rundum gelungener urlaub!

Super Apartment!!!!
Das Apartment hat eine wunderschöne Terrasse mit Pool und mit Blick auf die Stadt Almyrida. Man läuft in 5 min runter zum Strand, wo sich auch viele Cafes und Restaurants befinden. Außerdem ist man in nur einer halben Stunde vom Flughafen Chania entfernt. Sehr zu empfehlen :)

Lovely vacation!
We had a wonderful time staying at the Logan Villa. The place is very quiet, high up on a mountain with a magnificent view. It's clean and the check in was easy. The pool is quite big and perfect for a refreshing on hot days. We were also surprised that there is also a pool cleaning service. Do not leave food lying around, you might find some ants in there later, but of course this is a natural thing in the region. The town is a bit remote and you should prepare by studying the directions well or bringing a GPS. The E75 roadway is about 15 minutes away, from there you can nicely explore the western part of crete by car, e.g. Elafonissi beach, Balos bay, Chania, Rethymno, Chora Sfakion and Samaria gorge. What was really nice was that the owner responded and helped us very quickly when we had a problem. Kind regards L & F

Amazing vacation!
We (family of four - children 16 and 19 years old) have enjoyed a fantastic vacation in Crete. The house is perfect for a relaxing holiday with a great pool, excellent view and very quiet surroundings. A couple of tavernas in only 5-10 min walking distance, no tourism shops, two supermarkets and very, very friendly locals - in short the little village has every thing you need for a couple of wonderful relaxing days. Our kids did a scuba diving certificate while we were swimming in the sea enjoying ice cold drinks and being busy doing nothing :-). The owner is extremely responsive and super helpful!
