"I liked the bedroom with mini fridge tea/coffee making items. I liked the large shower and the fact it was quiet and warm. I didnt like small cups i think mugs would be better. The extractor fan in bathroom didnt work, there is a little mold around the shower tray. The bathroom floor needs grouting in parts. The garden is a big eyesore full of weeds etc not useable for anyone staying. The whole property was spotlessly clean. I had no english tea bags in my room but found some in the kitchen...

"We loved our break away, would recommend a rail on the stairs in the middle living room as little ones got under it to easy and very high. Internet was hit and miss but we expected it, an amazing house and one would say to stay at."

"The purpose of our stay was for my elderly parents to have a small break and I chose this property as being suitable for their needs. Our expectations were definitely fulfilled. It is beautiful property in a pretty setting. Highlights for us was that being all on one level was easy for my elderly parents. Access to the pool was easy, the pool was lovely and warm and nice to have to ourselves. The full size snooker table was an added bonus and the snooker player amongst us made full use of it!...

"Very comfortable home. Host answered our question immediately. Everything we needed was provided and we had a very relaxing stay. Neighborhood felt very safe and was close to grocery store and bus lines. Only slight negative is it is on a very steep hill (we were made aware of this in description), would be happy to stay again."

"The apartment is functional, great shower, clean (other than cobwebs on the windows), fridge, dishwasher, clothes washer, etc. However, it was incredibly hot and the windows are wired so that they can only open about 4 cm. There was a fan in the bedroom but it was extremely noisy. I am guessing they’ve had trouble with people leaving the windows open in the past and so have secured them in this way, but then they need to get AC as this was extremely uncomfortable. "A lovely well presented and equipped cottage, ideally located for day trips into Stratford upon Avon and Warwick. Teabags, coffee, milk, bread and butter were waiting for us when we got there. We loved the peace and quiet of the location and would have no hesitation in recommending this cottage to anyone looking for a break in this location."
