"Clean and well-supplied. Allowed us to tour UC Davis and explore the lovely town of Davis on foot. We appreciated each having our own comfy bedroom, two bathrooms & a comfy living room where we could relax. It was also nice to park or car in a garage, as we mostly walked during our stay. There were some little annoyances ( no hot water in kitchen, a towel rack that fell off the wall) but overall a clean, well-maintained,quiet, lovely place to come back to after a day of exploring."

The inside of the penthouse suite is very open and we had all the amenities the listing said it did. My guests and I had everything we needed at the property. "The place was lovely , clean, and added bonus, laundry. There were inside stairs so keep that in mind. Good location."

"Place was perfect for what we needed it for. Host checked in with us which was appreciated and left lots little goodies. Only note is the bathrooms need little love. There was a vent falling with painters tape on it and the main shower head was not very nice compared to master and had some peeling on toilet. But everything still ran smoothly m s expected."

"This condo has a lot of nice conveniences. There is shaded parking that is steps away from the entrance that is big enough for a large truck or two cars. The property has tons of mature trees which provide a lot of shade and keep the place cool (the A/C also works very well).
