The Space:

This recently renovated condo offers a comfortable and stylish retreat for guests. The private primary bedroom is furnished with a luxurious king bed and features an attached walk-in shower, providing added convenience and privacy. The guest bedroom includes a cozy queen bed and a twin trundle, offering ample sleeping arrangements for up to one additional guest on the couch. Across from the guest room is a full bathroom equipped with a relaxing tub, perfect for unwinding after a day of activities.



The fully equipped galley kitchen showcases shaker cabinets, new stainless steel appliances, and quartz countertops, complemented by a dining table that seats six. In the living room, you'll find a 55-inch Roku TV and a gas fireplace, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Adjacent to the living room is a covered patio, available in the summer months, furnished with a loveseat and a four-chair dining set, ideal for outdoor relaxation and meals. A secure gate on the patio provides easy access to the SnowPine lift at Holiday Valley, making your ski adventures seamless and convenient.



For those who need to work remotely, there is a dedicated workspace in the guest room. During the summer, three portable A/C units—one in the living room and one in each bedroom—ensure the condo remains cool and comfortable. In the winter, the condo’s prime location makes it ideal for skiing enthusiasts. Guests can easily access both the SnowPine and Sunrise lifts and ski back to the condo via well-lit trails at night. Simply step out through the patio gate, put on your skis, and enjoy the convenience of returning directly to your cozy home away from home.

Guests have full access to the entire condo.



The Neighborhood:

SnowPine Village is situated around the SnowPine lift at Holiday Valley, offering convenient access to the slopes.



Getting Around:

Rideshares are typically available on weekends. During ski season, a shuttle can pick you up in the parking lot and take you to the Holiday Valley lodge.



Other Things to Note:

🚶‍♂️ Stairs from parking lot – Steps lead down from the parking lot to the building entrance.

🏡 Stairs to the unit – Additional stairs are required to reach the condo itself.

👵 Mobility note – These stairs may be challenging for older guests or anyone with mobility concerns.

🚗 Winter driving – A 4x4 or AWD vehicle is recommended in winter due to snow and ice.

🅿️ Winter parking limit – Two cars per unit on weekends and select holidays. 2 Guest parking passes are provided in-unit.
