"Place was really nice and cozy. The neighborhood was not well lit but didn’t have any problems. I had my 2024 Jeep Wrangler parked down the street and had to walk to the house. We stayed for the Fourth of July so there was some fireworks going off. Neighbors were nice to give the greeting of the day and night. "

"This was our second stay. It is the mid point for my children and grandchild to have time together. The kitchen is well stocked, games for the grandkids and enough space for everybody to spread out. "This small home is clearly great as we keep coming back. We had a girls weekend where we enjoyed crafting and swimming. The space is set up well for several people to be comfortable and the pool is a huge asset. Lisa is easily reachable if there’s a question. In fact, she was out of the country while we were there and still completely responsive. We’ll be back!"

"I was looking for a comfortable place to stay with my son and his friends who were playing in a nearby volleyball tournament. The house was just as described and had everything we needed for cooking in, relaxing outside, and grilling. I was very pleasantly surprised with the neighborhood in Phoenixville. The place is 100 years old at least but the interior has been remodeled and is modern in all areas with central heat, AC, a very modern kitchen, combo washer/dryer and all sorts of amenities. I rarely used the kitchen but it has just about everything you could want. There are four levels which means there are a lot of stairs. "Eu e minha família gostamos do hotel. Ele tem uma pegada diferente na decoração e fica perto do centro histórico da Independência. Se voltar à Filadélfia eu ficarei mais próximo da região da prefeitura. O hotel é bom, tem boas opções de lazer e refeição, mas são poucas ... vai precisar gastar um pouco com transporte se quiser ver burburinho."
