"From the moment Chris welcomed us to the apartment I knew we were going to have an exceptional stay. The communication was prompt, smooth and easy, the room beyond expectations with all the amenities you could wish for and the sun filled room with Lorne beach views provided a an excellent seaside experience. We would definitely book again and have already recommended it to friends. "

"The accommodation, although superficially clean, was quite neglected. The bed was ok and bedding clean but doona cover very old and shabby. In the bathroom, there was significant black mould around the bottom worse between shower screen and plinth at the bottom. The toilet bowl/ seat were clean, behind the seat it was grubby. The drapes were Illfitting and the windows needed cleaning. Outside, the verandah paint was peeling and furniture not too comfortable. All up, the place really needed...
