"We two had an excellent, peaceful stay, and slept well. Most everything was lovely and high quality, including the art and linens. Beds were excellent and bathroom was also despite the two doors that connected it. Our only disappointment was the kitchen, which had about a 24 square inch work space and inadequate utensils (no baking sheet, spatula, or wood mixing spoon). We ate in three nights in a row, after busy days, and made due with the microwave. If guests are eating lunch and dinner...

"To start we were given the wrong keys so we had to wait to check in for the owner to show up. We get in the apartment, and everything is old. Worn. Mismatched. There was a smell of mold especially in the bathroom. Keys don’t work right in the door; you have to jiggle and play and even then my daughter couldn’t get it to work. Drains in the sinks drain so slow. The listing says laundry and soap provided but the soap was old and clumped together and the dryer didn’t work. The AC in the second...

"Deborah’s place is perfect for a Newport stay and is very close to both Easton’s beach (few minute walk) and Second beach (15 minute walk). The place itself was very clean and had a bathroom, sitting area, small kitchen, and two bedrooms. Deborah was also very accommodating and easy to communicate with "

"All of us agreed it was definitely one of the better Vrbo stays we have been in. It’s a cozy weekend stay with good air conditioning and amenities. The instructions to enter were clear enough that it was easy to enter and start our stay. The shower was pleasant. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and towels were provided, which was unanticipated but nice! The fridge and extra closet space was nice and the desks and tv were nice for getting some work done."
