Up at the home, multi-level decking provides plenty of opportunity to soak up the sun on comfortable outdoor seating perfect for sipping on your beverage of choice while turning the pages of a good book.
As you head out from the home to explore the greater Lake Ozark area, take a stroll or a short drive to stop in for a meal at Tap & Grill Lakeside Brew Haus, the lake’s first and only lakefront microbrew pub. You can also discover additional dining and shopping options at the Millstone Marina. Head out by boat to Jolly Rogers and enjoy the largest breakfast buffet at the lake—the kids will love taking a ride on the pirate ship! Coconuts at the Lake is located just across the cove from the property. It’s a family-friendly Caribbean beach bar and grill featuring a pool, waterpark, and swim-up bar. Maggie’s on the Lake, and Hillbilly yacht Club are other great nearby restaurant accessible by land or water, where you can enjoy food, friends, and lake views.
For your convenience, there is a public boat ramp about 5 minutes away, allowing guests to bring their own boat and launch it easily. The property offers trailer parking and a private dock where you can keep your boat for the duration of your stay. • Washer and dryer in home
• Driveway parking available for 4 vehicles and a boat trailer. The parking area is not even with the main floor and guests will have to walk down steps to enter the home.
• Boat slip is available for guest use during the duration of the stay. Use at your own risk. Host is not responsible for any damage to a boat or PWC while on the dock.
• Dock is located on a busy stretch of the Gravois Arm. Water may be rough on weekends and holidays during the summer season.
• This home is equipped with two (2) external security cameras. the first is mounted under the eve of the house near the front porch, actively monitoring hte parking area. The second is mounted on the back deck, actively monitoring the dock.
• Please note that the walk to the dock is steep and has lots of steps.
