"Os problemas comecaram apos a confirmacao da reserva. Depois da confirmacao do pagamento no cartao de credito deveria ter recebido todas as informacoes necessarias para a estadia. Recebi um email solicitando que fosse efetuado a reserva no cartao de credito de um valor para suprir eventuais danos, e ainda para confirmar com antecendencia de 72 horas. Chegando ao local nao existe recepcao, temos que ligar psra o numero informado e mais uma orientacao de como acessar a acomodacao, mas infeluzmente...

"Overall excellent accommodations for a fair price. The only big missing item was that the property info, and the reservation, don't actually say where you are supposed to check in when you get there. If you don't know the British house system, you don't know that the Porter's Lodge is the place to check in to a college. I and about a dozen other, independent guests, all wandered around the property trying to figure out where to check in. You should have this information prominantly in your hotel...

Clean and fairly well appointed (fridge freezer, microwave, cooker, washing machine, iron and board). No hairdryer as far as I can see. TV and Virgin box. Comfortable bed (I do hate poor mattresses) was a blessing. I'm sure that before booking it claimed to have parking, because I declined several other properties because they had no parking. However in the confirmation they stated that parking...

"Stayed her during hot weather, the outside space was amazing, plenty of seating areas and great for dining out. Fabulous BBQ to use also. Carl was a very good host, met us at the property and explained many things, gave good suggestions for eating out etc. Lovely big lounge area also."

"We had a wonderful week in Cambridgeshire and surrounding. The cottage is so lovely, quite with a beautiful garden to rest outside. Shopping and pub in Kimbolton present all you need to spend a nice vacation. The cottage itself was clean and offered everything you need to cook for family . "Very close to railway station. We only stayed 2 nights but there ware foods and drinks ready to use which was very helpful. We didn’t need to go to get them and save time. I wasn’t informed but we had 2 bedrooms, my original booking was one bedroom so it was very spacious for us. Great stay, thanks!"
