"Everything as listed. Very clean. Perfect location. Dock and pool was fantastic. It was like an aquarium around the dock. Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were clean and showers were strong. Kitchen was well supplied. Living room was very comfortable. We are already looking forward to our next trip to paradise. "

"Staying on a houseboat was a really neat experience! We reserved the "family houseboat" and it was more spacious than I thought it was going to be, especially the bathroom (which was very important, since four people were sharing it). "The cabin was unique and perfect for someone who isn't planning to spend a long time inside on a vacation to the Keys. We traveled with a 5 year old and a 2 year old and they were able to sleep comfortably in the bunk beds. They LOVED seeing Blaze the local dog every day. They couldn't wait to see him and pet him when they woke up each day. We were able to use the kayaks to explore the bay and even saw two eagle rays feeding in the currrent. "I would give 10 stars if possible! We are a family of 6 and had an amazing stay for a week. Starting with things I read other negative reviews about and worried about: Septic- yes. Sometimes you get the faint smell of a septic system. This is absolutely no different than camping, RV'ing or boating. It is not the smell of waste, its just the normal smell of the tank. "O Hotel é uma boa opção na região dos keys, visto que não é tão caro. Estávamos em uma família de 4 pessoas (2 adultos e 2 crianças) e ficamos em um apartamento de um quarto, enorme. O único ponto negativo foi o horário de checkin (16hs) e checkout (10)."

"Great views, clean and comfortable. Especially liked the elevator. Only downside was the stovetop was difficult to control. It was either barely on or full blastThe property manager was awesome. One of the a/c units was having trouble keeping up. So he came by and put in a temporary unit that solved the issue"

"Our family of eleven vacationed together to help celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. The house was very well equipped with all of our needs.The upstairs toilets both had some issues with running until we jiggled the handles. Also the hand towel holder needs to be repaired, as it was broken upon arrival. Also a rocking chair on the back porch broke while my husband was sitting in it, but he fixed it with some tools he found in the closet. The kitchen, living room seating, and all bedrooms...

"We loved everything about this house! The tropical landscaping is gorgeous and adds to the private and secluded feel of the property. The dock was a hit. We saw fish, sharks, and a manatee. Plenty of room for our 22 ft boat. We had everything we needed and more. The host was quick to respond to our questions and truly the luckiest person to own this beautiful home"
