She was so sweet to get life jackets for us since I asked about canoe other reviewer mentioned. We found everything we need and more except wifi and phone/text coverage. No coverage ended up to be the blessing for us with my 2 college kids. "Steve was a great host and the unit is small but great for 6 people- great for an area where our goal was to spend lots of time outside. Very close to Rainy Lake Visitors Center in Voyageurs and on the shores of Rainy Lake itself. We used the fire pit on the property for s'mores. Steve is very communicative, responsive to requests, and also has recommendations for area activities and dining."
