The Tiny Cabin is tailored towards the perfect couples little getaway! located on 5 peaceful shared wooded acres on the outskirts of Grants pass & Merlin, Oregon. The Tiny Cabin has its own porch, personal hot tub, and propane fire pit on your porch with privacy curtains on the porch for extra privacy and relaxation. There is a Shared ( with the other Tiny house nearby) wood fire pit w/ seating area, movie projector, stock tank pool, BBQ & common area for you and the other Tiny house guests to enjoy. We work hard to make sure each cabin has its own space, but the cabins are in close proximity to each-other.
Included in your stay are free Wi-Fi, TV (Dish network & Netflix) and an electronic gate remote for your convenience and security.

The other Sugar Pine Tiny house, Tiny Cottage and Tiny Cabin are in close proximity to each-other ( Tiny House & Sugar Pine are attached like a duplex with sound proof walls and separate entrances). All the Cabins have a shared fire-pit common area off to the side. Each Tiny Cabin has its own unique setting and oasis for privacy and relaxation. Book one tiny cabin or all for family/friend retreats and enjoy the space. The owners house is also nearby if you need anything. Parking area and circle driveway is also shared ( Tiny house(s) and private residence) but there are signs specific for your parking.
Local: Tiny cabin guest house is located 15 mins between Grants Pass and Merlin, Oregon. Enjoy the day Hiking with so many hiking trails near by or the day on the river with the Rogue River just a few miles away. There is also so many amazing Wineries in the area; You can enjoy a day of tasty wines and cheeses. You will find a guide book in your Cabin with a bunch of local suggestions.

While staying here the cabin will be your own oasis with your personal hot tub & propane fire-pit located on your private private front porch attached to the guest house. Shared wood fire-pit, movie projector, small pool & seating area located on the property for you and the other guest houses on the property. I am located on the property if you need anything. We do have a privacy fence blocking out our home from the tiny houses for extra privacy. If you need anything, please send us a message and we can help! We do try to respect everyone privacy and you probably won’t see us much if any at all.
Tiny Cabin in the woods provides a peaceful wooded setting with trees located on 5 shared acres with the other tiny houses and hosts home. The property is close to rivers and hiking trails. located 8 mins from downtown Merlin and 15mins from downtown Grants Pass. We are located on the outskirts of town. The closest access to the river is just 10mins away at Matson Park or you can head deeper into Merlin for some hiking trails or river fun at Merlin/Galice which is 18mins away. Local wineries also within 45 mins each way. There is a full travel guide with some local favs located in your cabin.
The laundry room is shared with the other cabins. Additional cost for use of washer / dryer ( $10 per load). 1 load per stay as we are on a low producing well. There is a local laundry mat located in Grants Pass if you need to do laundry.

In an effort to maintain a secure premises, the cabins are equipped with 5 exterior cameras. POWER OUTAGES – Do to high temperatures in the summer time, power outages outside of our control are a possibility. We do not offer weather related refunds outside of our cancellation policy so you may wish to purchase trip cancellation insurance for your travels in case you do need to cancel last minute.
