"Pretty and cozy cottage in non remote rural area surrounded by lovely walks with our doggies. The cottage is small, but we were 3 adults with 3 dogs and it suited us fine for a 3 day break. The hosts met us, as they live next door, and were charming and very responsive to queries we had. "We absolutely love the location, it is extremely peaceful, the scenery is stunning and so perfect location for visiting Whitesands, St. David’s, Newgale and Solva. The accommodation is spotlessly clean and well equipped with a private garden and patio area. Turn left out of the entrance door and you’re along the costal path. We have been staying with Mrs Murphy for the last 24 years, we leave after a week’s stay feeling refreshed and energised and will be booking for next year."

"Arrived friday mangers to property said hi heres book and contact number for friend who.was only popping into.freed ther pets as they was away for weekend . "This lovely eco house is in a perfect location to visit Pembrokeshire. The house is in very good order, is well equipped and its 'tree top' location makes it that extra bit special. We were just four adults but it would be perfect for six people as it has three good sizes bedrooms. The location is perfect, if you can manage the 47 steps to the house, it is a very short walk to the village which has a number restaurants, pubs and a café. We would recommend."

"Well located in Pembrokeshire for visiting local attractions. The Shepherds Hut has all the facilities needed for a short stay and is best suited for couples. The neighbouring Huntsman pub does excellent beer and basic bar meals. The only thing missing is an electric kettle as boiling water can take a while."

"Check-in was simple we contacted the owner for an earlier entry to property which was fine.Overall a pleasant stay the location was excellent all amenities within short walking distance including the must see cathedral.Minor iriitants-we were woken one windy night by a creaking and chafing which I thought came from the 2nd floor which sounded like someone in the rooms,subsequently we found that the fence with no.80 was loose and banging and grinding with garden bunker.The bottom storage fridge...

"This wonderful place wraps its arms around you … restful, soothing and at the same time inspiring. It is amazing how Christina and David have extended their love and care for the environment into their care for the people who visit. So many magical surprises … the Welsh Harp recital in the garden, visits into the cottage by robin and pygmy shrew and a course, the garden library. A perfect place to put cares and griefs aside and reconnect nature."

"We loved our stay here, the property seems to have been refurbished to a better standard than the pictures portray. The location on the water is stunning and we fitted 7 people comfortably. The host was very communicative and it was great to have the parking available too. Thanks for a brilliant stay. Warning there is no hot tub, I was told by the host this is a mis-naming on Vrbo."

"Comfortable property, home from home. Large tiered well kept garden. Secluded spot, catches sun all day. Very friendly local ponies in paddock. Only down side is, there are no footpaths for walking dogs from the property. Sean the groundsman/odd job man/ caretaker and everything else was excellent, a fountain of local knowledge and nothing was too much trouble for him."

"We had a lovely relaxing weekend at the hotel. We had a delicious meal in the restaurant, staff are very friendly and helpful. The bar has a relaxing vibe. Our room as allways was very spacious and comfortable . The shower is great. Free parking is also a bonus."

"It is a very unique property with nice walking trails and gardens. Overall it wasn’t kept up well and needs a face lift and grounds keeper outside. Rooms were nice with comfortable bed and good shower. Unfortunately it is far from everything and the restaurant and bar were not open Monday night so had to drive back into town. Breakfast was good and breakfast room very nice. No air conditioning but the fan in the room was nice. "

"Lovely welcome from the receptionist. Friendly staff and very accommodating. Room was large and very clean. Tea making facilities in the room and hair dryer. Large bathroom with bath and shower overhead. Only one bath towel, understandable for a single but two would have been better for a couple. Bed very comfortable. Bar and breakfast areas were very clean and well laid out. Did not have an evening meal, but breakfast was excellent. Would dry recommend and visit again."
