On the 1st floor: landing with reading corner, 3 bedrooms (3 double beds + 1 single bed + 1 baby bed), a bathroom with walk-in shower, separate WC and a lounge area with library, sofa and TV. On the 2nd floor: 1 bedroom in the attic, opening onto the 1st floor via the staircase (1 double bed + 1 single bed). Private land with covered terrace. Loan of bicycles. For baby: chair, bed, mattress, bathtub. Adjoining a second seasonal accommodation (the 2 gîtes can be rented together for a total capacity of 16 people).
