These spacious and meticulously appointed condos offer the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and safety for your stay in Wyoming, MI. With two fully-equipped kitchens, in-unit washers & dryers, private patios, propane grills (only to be used in the driveway area for safety reasons), and central AC & heat, every aspect of your comfort has been considered. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, the dedicated workspaces, lightning-fast WiFi, and smart TVs in every room ensure you're well-connected. Sleeping arrangements cater to various needs, including a luxurious king bed with an en suite bathroom, a queen sleeper sofa, and a queen bed. Safety is a top priority with exterior Ring cameras, and keyless entry systems. Plus, the convenience of an attached 4 stall garage and driveway means no parking hassles. With special discounts for extended stays (15% off for weekly stays (7+ nights) and 30% off for monthly stays (30+ nights) and proximity to key attractions like Metro Health Hospital, Rivertown Mall, downtown Grand Rapids, and Lake Michigan, this unit offers an exceptional opportunity for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
Guest Access:
Guests will enjoy exclusive access to the apartment and dual 2 stall attached garage & driveway for 4 cars. The property is self-check-in, so please carefully read the check-in instructions prior to arrival. Property amenities include in unit laundry, private patio, grill, community tennis courts and nearby walking trails. You have around-the-clock access to your space through our custom-coded keypad deadbolt locks.

Property is pet friendly for non-shedding, non-aggressive dog breeds. Pet fees will apply, and a photo of the animal is required prior to booking. Dogs must be potty trained and under 50lbs. Guests must agree to clean up after pet (indoor & outdoor; fur, food, feces, etc), keep dogs on a leash, or face potential additional fees. Subject to violate any of these terms or conditions, guest will be required to leave property with no refund of reservation.
