"This is the third time our group has been to this house and we loved it just as much as the first time! It sleeps a ton of people comfortably and plenty of space to relax. Misty the property manager is so communicative and helped out so much! This is a wonderful spot with beautiful views!"

"The unit was comfortable and clean. Had everything we needed and close to shops and food. The owners were very quick to answer any questions and we had no concerns at all. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this unit. "

"GREAT experience - booking, finding the unit, all was exactly as described, hostess was WONDERFUL!! This is an excellent rental with beautiful surroundings and terrific hot tub & amenities! We will be returning and highly recommend!! Cannot think of any negatives as it was all such a great weekend & rental experience, from booking to leaving for home."

"Great lakefront property. Spent tons of time on the screened in porch and by the firepit at night. Internet worked great for two remote workers. "

"We loved the location out of town for the Lake House (although it’s a very winding road after 2 days on the road) Our Golden Doodle felt right at home with front & back doggy doors, too! The diversity of areas to sit and chat or watch tv were great. We enjoyed the fire pit on our second night. We would love to go back and stay longer to more enjoy the area. "

"We spent the week here for my daughter’s wedding at Howe farms. We had a great time. Would highly recommend!"

"This is the third time our group has stayed at this house. It's beautiful, modern and very clean. Misty the property manager was wonderful and communicative. Comfortably slept lots of us. The view is gorgeous and so is the vibe of the house."

"Enjoyed staying in the historic cottage. We even saw a picture of the same cottage in the Cumberland mountain state park museum!! We thought that was really neat!"

"Wonderful property on Watts-Barr lake with a dock. 3rd year in a row coming down for Labor Day with friends. The dock is awesome for swimming with kiddos and keeping the boat. The boat ramp is only 10 minutes away. The water slide from the top level is thrilling for sure! The house was clean and stocked generously with cookware and dishes. Great views of the sunset and wildlife abound. Definitely on our list of places to come back to. "

"Cabin was very nice and perfect for our family of 4. Stairs down to the lake were very challenging and steep. Had some power flickers, guessing this is because of utilities work in the area, vut wasn't sure. Power never stayed completely off, was onlh off for a couple seconds each time. Driveway is very steep and loose gravel doesn't help. Better marking at the driveway would be nice to locate the property, pretty much guessed it was it by the looks. Did eventually see the address on the post,...

"Overall it was a good trip. The location was a little further out from town than we liked. 15 minutes to a DG and 25-30 minutes to fast food. We were running a lot for our stay, so this made it a little inconvenient. The marina restaurant was closed for the season. If you were staying at the lake and cooking, it would work better. The driveway was a little tricky backing the boat down, but we managed. An absolute beautiful view off the deck! The host is so great to work with. Very responsive and...
