Cozy and charming rustic cabin nestled in the woods on a fully stocked private fishing pond.

Relax at the fire pit, picnic table or hammocks hanging by the water.

Fully furnished with all the amenities of home. One bedroom plus sleeper-sofa. No detail was spared to provide a rustic ambiance without sacrificing any of the comforts of home.

Fishing, First Monday Trade Days and much more to see and do.

Just over an hour from Dallas and 12 miles east of Canton, we're in the heart of East Texas and the small towns that have BIG things happening....Edom, Ben Wheeler, Mineola and Lindale to name a few.

Very convenient for the fishermen attending tournaments at the surrounding area lakes like Fork and Tawokani.

Lil bit of Heaven

This property was incredible. The house was so rustic and authentic and everything is perfectly placed. Plus the AC blew very cold. Fishing was awesome. The quietness and tranquility was superb. And our host was a super wonderful lady who we enjoyed getting to know.

This place was heaven to me. We needed to disconnect. This was the perfect place. Very cute, CLEAN, and quiet!! The 1 acre pond held, largemouth black bass, crappie, catfish and sun perch. Oh and don't forget the big snapping turtle!! The porch is inviting with a great view of the pond and the large fan kept us cool. You are secluded so walk around how you wish. The host was soooo nice and accommodating. We had everything we needed and wanted. WE WILL BE BACK

Back to back visits

We did 2 back to back weekends here. Both times the boys enjoyed the peace and quiet, and the private pond for fishing. The cabin had all the necessities we could ask for. The fans and the A/C made it comfortable. We had so much fun just experiencing nature that we plan to do this every year.

Great Place To Relax

My son and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the cozy cabin. The cabin was just as described and we kicked back for a couple of nights before a fishing trip on Lake Fork. Would welcome the opportunity to stay again.

Great property!

Great and clean property! Enjoyed getting out of town and recharging batteries. Only minor hiccup & probably not a big issue for most people was I have to have a TV to fall asleep to and there was no WiFi for TV, only a DVD player. Other than that, cabin had everything needed and I really enjoyed my stay! Would come again!

Absolutely amazing

This was everything we had hoped for and more. The feel of the place was nostalgic and fun. When we walked in the cabin it was spotless. The host went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and reassured us that if we needed anything to just shoot her a message and she would help. The location was awesome. We spent most of the time fishing and my son caught about 50 fish in total and had a blast. There was firewood ready to use, sā€™more stuff in a basket waiting for us, a grill and even a hammock. Everything was ready to just unwind and enjoy! We will be back!!

Great weekend getaway

We rented this place as an anniversary get away for a couple of nights. The cabin is really cute and comfortable. The privacy was nice. The fishing was good and was even able to bring the grandkids out and let them catch their first fish! So great memories for all of us and look forward to going back.

Wonderful!!

A nice little getaway tucked away, close to town so that if you needed anything you didnā€™t have to drive far, but far enough off the ā€˜beaten pathā€™ to feel secluded. Also, not far from the Canton Trade Days! Perfect for a weekend to recharge your soulā€¦hated to leave!

We found the perfect fishing spot at this property. The cabin was cozy and comfortable. Then just a few steps away was the private pond, well stocked with fish. It was a great find!
