"We had a two Queen Bedroom and the beds were definitely on the hard side - otherwise a nice room - we stayed Friday thru Sunday - November 22nd and 23rd The breakfast was very good - the price of the room was outstanding - I was you would bring the hot tub back!!! Thank you - "

"Con the manager was very accomidating and seen actively cleaning and doing various things throughout the duration that we were there. I thought I left somthing, so I called and Con was nice enough to go and check the room. If there was anything I ddint particularly care for, it was the breakfast. I feel there could have been a different setup to keep the food warm. Aside from that, beds were comfortablr and the price and hospitality were just what I was looking for!!! Thank you Con Heather-"

"O hotel é simples, mas bastante eficiente no que ele se propõe. O atendimento foi extremamente cordial, a piscina é muito interessante, a lavanderia muito boa e o quarto grande e confortável. O ponto negativo é a falta de café da manhã."

"Muito bom. Não havia serviço de quarto, mas valeu a pena pelo preço. E se precisar de toalhas limpas eles fornecem também. Café da manhã tem que pegar e comer no quarto, mas no quarto tem mesa e espaço. "

"This is a great place for a family to stay, knowing its more of a budget friendly accommodation. My kids loved the pool and breakfast. That being said, it could use some attention to detail. The "gym" machines were out of order, the bathroom fan sounded awful, the mirror was crooked on the wall, little fixes could make it an even better place to stay. "

"Thank you for your hospitality and so comfortable stay. We slept well and our dogs were quite happy. You were so helpful with guidance for the badlands and where to see wildlife."

"Very nice having a little self-contained cottage. Owner came out to make sure I got in okay (late arrival). Only thing that's a potential stumbling block is low availability of bedside power, due to construction age, which I was easily able to deal with. HIGHLY recommended."

"The overall room was very clean. The shower had wonderful pressure and stayed constant temperature. The bed was a little hard than what we are used too. But overall we will definitely stay there again when we go back to visit family."

"Breakfast was good. Some rooms are very far from the office. Staff was really nice and helpful. The tv was on the same switch as the light switch? weird. But overall a good stay."

"This was a great place to stay. The cabin was wonderful, the quiet was excellent, and it was easy to access. I would have given 5 stars, but some basic amenities like hand soap and shower soap should be provided or it could be clearer that these basics will not be there. An extra blanket for anyone staying during the colder months would also be appreciated. Other than that, I loved it!"

"This is a motel on the main drag of Custer. Easy walking to bars and many restaurants. It’s an older hotel and not much to look at on the outside. However the rooms are large and nicely appointed. Comfortable beds, nice towels, indoor pool and hot tub, coffee maker, nice size TV, in room are just some of the amenities. If you can get a good deal on it, it’s a great place. Took one star off as it’s a little pricey. Custer is a great base camp for the southern blackhills."

"This is a brand new cabin in Custer, very clean, nicely decorated and more amenities than we expected: mini fridge with freezer, glass stove top, kitchen sink, dishes/silverware, coffee, and some more that we were pleased to find. The listing was a little confusing as to the bed set up, so I'll clarify. There is a bunk bed with a twin top and queen bottom, a loft that's a twin, and a futon that's a twin. All bedding is included. The steps to get to the loft are not stairs, but actually shelves...

"I love that these cabins are off the main road so you feel like you are out in the country but really you are only a mile off the highway going through Custer. Kitchen well-stocked, beds comfy, nice bathroom. WiFi and a small tv were nice too. Great communication with the owners. Very friendly. I hope to return again someday!! "

"This is a very nice property and we enjoyed our stay. Rooms are very nice and updated. Construction on River Street detracts from the whole Hot Springs experience but when it’s through it will be nice. The hotel is historic and is within walking distance of restaurants and shops, along with Evan’s Plunge (pool). I would stay again!"
