"My Mom and I stayed here for a short “get away,” and not only was everything in great shape, clean, and as stated in the listing, THE VIEW WAS AMAZING!! We stayed in early October, and the view looking through the trees to the lake and the wetlands around it was just stunning. "Overall great place for large gathering. Loved the beach walk into lake, hot tub and sunroom. Couple items to be aware of, lake is quite weedy, and house is right next to busy road which makes opening windows at night an issue. Also, could use more utensils etc to accommodate 15 people. "Besides the remote needing batteries in the room my children slept in and the showerhead in the basement, everything was nice. No stress.The kids were sad that they couldn’t watch tv. It would’ve been nice if we knew where the AAA batteries were so we could’ve changed it ourselves. We had plenty of space. Rules were simple. Close to Grand River. Would stay again."

"This property has the most beautiful gardens! The studio was very clean, although we did have someone smoking in one of the adjacent apartments and we could smell it. "We had 6 adults, aged 22- 53 stay at the house. It was clean and you can tell Germaine put a lot of thought into it. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a nice meal. We really appreciated the nice towels, for the shower as well as the hot tub! Numerous members of the group commented on how awesome the first floor shower was! Only about 10 minutes from MSU! Would definitely stay there again! Thanks again!"
