Updated Family Home for a Comfortable Stay

This four bedroom two bath house as everything you need for a comfortable stay. It has two different living spaces so family members can spread out plus a deck with seating in the backyard. Great home base for a family while they participate in area activities. We have truly updated this home. There is new flooring throughout, new kitchen cabinets and countertops, new refrigerator and dishwasher. We have a 65 inch LG TV upstairs and 75 inch LG TV downstairs plus LG TVs in every bedroom. We want you to be very comfortable in this home away from home.

Feels like HOME!!
This house is perfect in every way!! Beautifully kept home with the most comfortable beds made our week relaxing and stress free. We enjoyed the beautiful fenced yard with a deck in a quiet and safe neighborhood. We had plenty of room to spread out… we all got much needed alone time and remote work time without being crowded in any way. We travel around the USA often and this rental home is easily the best we have ever stayed in. The owner is fantastic about staying in touch and wanting her renters to be happy. She was very accommodating when we arrived early after a 26 hour drive. Not a single issue of complaint and that says a lot about this home being wonderfully managed. I know we will be back!

Quiet location
Everything was wonderful at this property. The host was excellent. Well kept house. We stayed for the Husker harvest days. Great location, was quiet with a nice backyard to hang out on. Would definitely stay again.

Great Host and Clean House
We had a great stay and were impressed with how clean this home is. It was really easy to make yourself at home and enjoy your time there. Lisa was amazing to work with. She always responded right away and made sure that we had everything we needed. If we are ever needing a place to stay again we will definitely be staying here.

Very nice well maintained home, it is in a very nice neighborhood. We had everything we needed and much more! Host was very willing to make sure everything was perfect and it was. Host was very responsive when booking and day of check in host made sure we knew if we needed anything to call them. House was very clean and had plenty of room! We loved sitting on the back deck!

We were in town unexpectedly for a family emergency and I am grateful this home was available. The host providing exceptional communication and was very accommodating. Our family had plenty of room to spread out in and the kitchen was well stocked. The entire home was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. We will definitely stay again.

Exceptional Stay
We were in town for a wedding and this property was great to stay with my kids and grandkids. Plenty of room to sleep everyone and the backyard was huge for the kids to play in. It was clean and comfortable. The location is quiet and was close to shopping. There was a little issue with check in but the host was amazing and went above and beyond to fix the situation. We would definitely stay again.

Nicely remodeled home away from home!
This rental has been recently remodeled and has lots of room with plenty of sleeping spaces for big groups! Very close to restaurants, shopping, and activities. Quiet neighborhood, HUGE backyard, and ample parking also available. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Great Property Exceptional Host
We stayed in this property for 5 days while our son competed in Grand Island. It was fabulous house for us. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax when we were there. Nice kitchen and very well stocked with cookware and a lot of spices. We cooked twice a day while there. Comfy beds and couches and glad there was a washer and dryer. Back fenced yard was very nice and maintained. We were very pleased with this house and the host was exceptional and very accommodating. Will definitely stay here again. Grand Island is such a nice town. We enjoyed our week.
