"The over all experience was very nice. It was a little hard at fiirst because we are not tec savy and my husband likes to watch tv but we figured something out. The theater next store was a little more then a murmur but it didnt go late. the location was great you can walk every where for coffee , grocery shopping its all nice and close. "This little place was exactly what my parents and I needed while staying in Grand Forks to visit my Grandparents! The house was clean, and our host was wonderful and made sure to give us a new door code and all the information we needed! :) The property is situated in a quiet spot outside of town, which is what I was looking for, and town is just a quick drive away which is perfect! and I was able to un-plug the wifi router while we were there which for me really helps so I can avoid...

"My husband & I booked Tracy's townhome for a last minute getaway. She was a fantastic host, the property was perfect and very clean! We're from the US and got in late, we were happy to find out GrubHub is available in Rossland so we ordered pizza, ate in front of the fireplace, got in the hot tub and headed to sleep. "Place was great and as advertised. Though likely because of the previous renters we did encounter some issues. Hosts were still there cleaning at check in time and did arrive before check out. The hot tub and pool were not ready for us as they had to clean and drain the tub so first day was off use. Otherwise place was as advertiesed and if not for the crazy amount of wasps in the overall area not just the home it would have been a perfect spot. "

"This property was amazing. The photos of the interior don’t do it justice. It was impeccably clean and much larger than the photos. The dock and water were perfect. We would definitely come back! Unfortunately there was SO many yellow jackets on the property, so we had to go and buy traps to use the exterior deck. Also the umbrella was at the bottom of the lake when we got there.
