Great home in a great location!
The home is setup perfect for a family getaway in beautiful Flagstaff! Loved the master suite and hot tub, and the second mini-master upstairs with an en-suite and balcony is a real gem! I do hope the property management team will put more attention into cleaning and other small details. …once I changed out the propane in the grill & patio heater, cleaned up the fire pit and reset the GFIC for the hot tub controls, we settled in for an amazing weekend and made memories to last a lifetime!! Still giving five stars for the property and would even consider visiting again.

Cozy Family Space
Location was very convenient for skiing at the Snow Bowl! Overall the home was clean and cozy, really had a family home feel with enough space to either spread out for time alone or room to all gather together. One tip, check the hot tub when you arrive, as we had a minor issue, but it was the night before we left, so there was not time to resolve. Communications with owners/management was positive and they were helpful.

Spacious, convenient, gorgeous home!!
Spring Break escape!! Plenty of space for 11 people! Large patio and backyard, patio heater and grill are all very nice. Large central kitchen for a lot of cooks with views to 2 dining tables and 2 living areas. Lots of comfy seating. Main bedroom is on the first level and very accessible, all other bedrooms are upstairs. No shoes allowed inside so bring house-shoes or grippy socks for the hardwood floors. Electric fireplace is nice and warm in the dining room. Easy 25 minute drive to Snowbowl. It was tough to leave and want to stay here again!

hot tub issue
hot tube did not work and no real effort by repair company to come out and fix.{Although committing to come out, he never showed) please note the property manager was very helpful in trying to resolve the issue. other that that the property was perfect.

Perfect place for mid sized group
The house is great, location is close to town with a Fratellis Pizza within walking distance. The backyard is amazing. We spent every evening playing corn hole, sitting around the fire, or playing games. Jacuzzi is huge! Troy was very helpful and friendly. The beds and pillows are super comfortable. We will definitely stay here again!

Quiet getaway in a comfortable home
This home had tons of shared living space. One ginormous bedroom suite downstairs; all other bedrooms upstairs. The stairs are steep, so if you have mobility issues, that could be a problem. One person in our party does have trouble with stairs, so she just stayed in the downstairs bedroom/en-suite bathroom. The home is pretty clean, but could use a deep-clean, as we noticed cobwebs in a few places. Kitchen was well-stocked. We could not figure out the TV setup - even with the instructions in the book. A couple of us are pretty techy, but we still could not get it to work. We enjoyed putting together a couple of their jigsaw puzzles instead. We did not use the fire pit or the hot tub, but we did enjoy sitting out on the beautiful deck in the crisp fall air. We would absolutely stay there again, but would ask for help with the TV next time. Ha.

Beautiful House & Great Location
We had a great stay. The house was awesome & the location was great as well. The backyard & outdoor space is perfect for a weekend away in Flagstaff. Short ride to town and restaurants, bars, etc. I would highly recommend staying here.

Large clean house and located a short distance to downtown Flagstaff.
This home met all our needs for this vacation. Plenty of space for everyone to feel relaxed and the hot tub was regularly used with all of the snow and cold temperatures. Two of the fireplaces weren’t usable but the rest of the house met our expectations. Overall I would recommend this house for large family gatherings.

Great Family House!!
Beautiful house!! Great location!! The yard is completely fenced in, and we could easily see the kids running around outside through the many large windows in the house!! Great layout, and plenty of space for kids to play and parents to relax. There was a nice electric fireplace in the main living area that heated the room well. The house had sleds for the kids to play in the snow, and a nice play set for kids to swing and climb. The jacuzzi was very clean, and perfect! Patio has a heater that keeps you warm, with plenty of seating. Most of the provided pans were well loved, and some had a lot of crust on them. For the cost of the house, we would have expected nicer pans. But other than that, the house was great!! One last FYI for future guests. The master bedroom does not have curtains in the front windows. It’s not a huge deal, the sun doesn’t really shine into the bed area. But there was definitely a few times I forgot after getting out of the shower. Haha. Beautiful master bathroom also!!

Nice neighborhood, relatively close to Snowbowl Rd.
Plenty of room for our 3 small families. There are two dining areas and a breakfast bar and two living areas. Kids had fun in the big back yard. Some of the slats on the play structure are loose and could be dangerous. We had a fire in the outdoor 'fireplace", but bring your own wood and kindling, didn't see an ax, which made getting a fire started challenging. The interior stairs are steep and slick for the little ones but there is a baby gate in the downstairs closet that helped with that. The fireplace in the dining area is turned on by a switch on the right hand side of the face of the fireplace. The fireplace in the master sitting area doesn't work, or we couldn't get it to work. Clearer instruction about that would have been helpful. It snowed while we were there, which was great. There are some plastic sleds in the garage and we found a small hill up the street. There is a leak at the flue of the woodburning stove. When the snow started to melt it dripped down and we had to put a cup there to catch it. Not a big deal, but maybe the owner would want to know. If you are doing much cooking, I would bring your own griddle for pancakes, non stick pan & cutting board. There is a crockpot there. We fortunately brought an instapot. Overall, the pots and pans could use a refresh and organizing, which is the only reason I didn't give it a 5 star for cleanliness. The master bath tub is amazing after a day of skiing. We did not end up using the hot tub, mostly because we all forgot suits, but it was hot, and relatively clean. Its a nice house in quiet, pretty neighborhood, and we would stay there again.

The home was clean and spacious, exactly as advertised. It’s tucked away in a very nice neighborhood, which was very quiet - you definitely won’t hear the train here. The backyard was perfect for snow fights, kids and adults all had a blast.

Beautiful home
The home was very clean and has tons of room to accommodate several families. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking tools and great appliances. The master bath shower is absolutely amazing; we are talking about how to renovate our bathroom at home to copy it! We also enjoyed the outdoor deck area and hot tub in the evenings. It’s really a great and comfortable stay that is super convenient to downtown. We will definitely stay here again when we visit the area next time.

Great place and location
We stayed here for my 30th birthday weekend celebration. We had the best time! Such a beautiful home and even better outside area. The only problem we had was there was barely any dish soap for the sink and only one tablet for the dishwasher and no sponge or wash cloth to wash dishes. All the bedsheets were clean except the bottom bed in the futon room. We loved the hot tub and the fire pit. The house came with a bundle of wood and corn hole boards with beanbags which was a nice surprise. If we ever come back to flagstaff, we will definitely stay here!

The house was as advertised. It is a very nice lot with a great deck, excellent grill and the hot tub was perfect after long days of hiking. Only issues were the hot tub was low on water when we arrived and not real clean, and the only TV service they had was Netflix. We were not able to cast our own streaming services so we had to stream to a laptop and connect to the TV with a HDMI cable. I would rent this place again if ever back in Flagstaff.
