The views from the living room are truly breathtaking and will make you feel like you are 10 steps away from Snowbowl! This is a very special and unique property offering 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a giant loft which serves as another bedroom. Situated on just over an acre, the kids can run and play outside year round! Catching the first chair at Arizona Snowball will never be an issue since this property is 5 minutes from the entrance!! There are many places to rent in Flagstaff but only one with views like this! The pictures speak for themself.

Amazing View!
I needed to book a property that would accommodate two couples and two kids, 13 and 10. We were in Flagstaff to attend my granddaughter’s football tournament at NAU. This house was perfect. Although it is two bedrooms, there is a loft with two beds that the kids loved. It’s a great location. Not too far from town, but far enough to have a cabin feel. Close to Snowbowl.One caveat, the final 1/4 mile to the house, is gravel. If you drive slowly, your sedan will be fine. And go to the grocery before you leave town and be sure to buy a bag of ice. There is a cute little ice maker, but the cubes are too small; they melt quickly. Finally, the Owner is super. Quick to respond and willing to go the extra mile.

Amazing!
We stayed for 9 glorious days and had two birthdays to celebrate - 84 and 14! This stunning cabin met the needs of these age groups and all in between. Our three teens enjoyed the huge deck, the firepits, the TVs in every room and the loft for playing card games. The adults in our group enjoyed the outdoors day and night, and the cabin itself was plenty spacious for all of us. The host answered questions quickly and the home was stocked with everything we needed. But the most special aspect of our stay was the drop dead gorgeous view of the mountain! This is a very special place!

Great home base!
This was a great space for my family of 5. The views are spectacular and felt private even though homes are around. It’s a great spot to take a day trip to Sedona or the Grand Canyon and be home in time to use their amenities and have dinner on the back porch for the sunset..

Justin, was a pleasure to work with throughout our booking. I added a day to our trip and Justin took care of this right away. The area is great for biking and hiking in the summer months. Winter months would be very convenient to Snowbowl access. The porch views were priceless.

Amazing place!
My husband and I absolutely loved this place, the views can't be beat especially when viewed through those huge windows. Loved the large porch with plenty of comfy chairs. The place was spotless with many thoughtful touches by the owner, I was very impressed. On occasion, it's the case where the actual place doesn't live up to the photos, this place was better than the photos. One of the best hosts I've ever worked with. I very hgihly recommend and we'll be back. Thanks so much, Justin for everything.

What a View!!!
The cabin is just perfect for a quiet, peaceful stay. We had a wonderful time enjoying the magnificent view. Everything was clean and we cooked comfortably with all the supplies provided. Would highly recommend and look forward to returning again. Host was great and very responsive.

Pros: Very pretty home, Lots of space, Comfy beds, Great view, Quiet area, Good host communication (offered plowing when it snowed 6”); LOTS of toiletries provided (showering, laundry); Also provided: bath towels (limited washcloths), plates, cups, utensils, bowls, grill, W/D unit, vacuum, humidifiers (AZ is DRY), some cook/bakeware but lacking storage containers with decent lids; Central to activities: Grand Canyon, Meteor Crater, Walnut Canyon Mon., Sunset Crater, Wupatki Mon., Lowell Observ., Northern AZ Mus., Montezuma Castle & Well, Hwy 89A, hiking (we were followed by mountain lion on hike in peaks shown in living room photos—be careful!!) Cons: Door camera is VERY CREEPY!! That's a security camera and should be mentioned in ad!! Very clean, but not “completely spotless": crumbs in kitchen drawers and 4 small pieces of trash floor (bath & bed). Ice maker doesn’t work. Airfry/toaster barely works. Single person size dishwasher. No kitchen towels (just one roll of paper towels). Fry pans need replacement (we bought one). Wine opener broke first use (again bought one). Fridge/freezer is dumb (running but warm on arrival at 8pm, 4 little cabinet drawers, you stack food, alarm sounds if cracked a bit); fridge in garage smelled musty. Rooms SUPER hot at night (74+) even when house set to 62 and rooms (supposedly individually) set to 65, but loft was freezing! No board games/cards/puzzles. No closet/dresser in loft. Overall: We’d recommend (sans door camera)

Best of Flagstaff / Snowbowl
Visited in mid April and enjoyed the incredible views of Humphreys peak from the comfortable leather sofa while enjoying the warmth of the fireplace. We found this to be a central location to visit the surrounding sites, Grand Canyon, Sedona, Lake Powell and Winslow Arizona to name a few. The house was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The neighborhood is very quiet with large lots that gave the feel of being very remote but within a short drive to all the conveniences of Flagstaff. Looking forward to a return trip.

What a view!
We booked the house due to the photo that was posted for the listing and the view in person was even better. The house was clean and very nice. A perfect spot to spend the night after seeing the Grand Canyon. The house is just over an hour from the South Rim Visitor Center and about 2.5 hours from Page, Arizona, where we went kayaking down the Colorado River. We had to leave a day early due to my Mom going into the hospital, so we missed using the grill and back porch on our last night. If we had been able to have that final night at the house the trip would have absolutely perfect - but it was pretty darn close.

Great location! Perfect for skiing. Overall good experience. Property manager was good to work with. Think they were having some issues with their cleaning service so there were some cleanliness issues but nothing major.
