"I spent 2 weeks in Villa Mimosa with family. The house is great, it has 6 bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms, lots of outdoor spaces, a gym/ ping pong room downstairs, amazing views and a community swimming pool opposite the house. But the house needs a lot of maintenance - ceiling fans not working, air conditioning leaking, drawers that don´t close properly, the toilet downstairs cannot be used as it has a very strong smell and the door doesn´t work properly. The stairs going up to the house...

"Alles Bestens. Superlage und Ausstattung des Hauses wie beschrieben. Ja, man benötigt ein Auto - dies ist sowieso sinnvoll, da der Ort ein prima Ausgangspunkt für Touren nach Granada und Malaga bzw. in die nähere Umgebung ist. Supermärkte im Ort und leicht zu finden ... Für's Baden im Mittelmeer was das Wasser schon etwas kalt, dafür hatten wir ja den beheizten Pool ... und dennoch auch schöne Strandtage verlebt ... Sollten wir wieder in die Region kommen, dann sehr gerne wieder! Beste Grüße...

"Von der Buchung bis zur Abreise ein tadelloser Service. Alles war wie beschrieben, traumhaftes Haus, alles vorgefunden wie abgesprochen, problemlose Schlüsselübergabe, tadellos sauberes und sehr gepflegtes Anwesen, bei Rückfragen umgehende Kommunikation und das Haus selbst noch schöner als auf den Bildern. Ein unfassbar schöner Aufenthalt und bereits im Februar werden wir wieder vor Ort sein. Gebucht ist bereits die nächste Villa :-)"

"Het huis voldeed aan alle verwachtingen, goed uitgerust, ruim, leuk zwembad, goeie bedden, goeie douches. De airco hield de benedenverdieping perfect gekoeld, enkel de slaapkamer op de boven verdieping was niet fris te houden. De woning ligt in een woonwijk dus er kan soms 's morgens wat lawaai zijn, hoewel de woning wel goed geïsoleerd is. Ons stoorde dit nu niet."

"The villa was fantastic, clean, spacious and very well equipped. The pool and the views were awesome. Plenty of places to visit locally, and Almunecar was a very nice town. Antonio met us on arrival and showed us around, and explained how everything worked. Excellent welcome pack, the best we have ever had. All in all we had a very enjoyable week. "

"Nous avons passé 15 jours magnifiques. La maison est très bien, l'emplacement est parfait pour ceux qui souhaitent visiter les environs... La vue imprenable sur la mer est dépaysante et reposante. Le quartier est calme. Tout le nécessaire est inclus dans la maison. Le propriétaire et son fils sont très à l'écoute et répondent raidement et efficacement aux petits soucis rencontrés. Nous avons passé avec nos enfants de très belles vacances. "

"Wij zijn een week geweest met een paar vrienden en hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad. Het enige waar je rekening moet houden is dat de grote supermarkten wat verder rijden zijn. Verder was het uitzicht prachtig en de omgeving erg rustgevend. Het verblijf in de villa was top, van alle gemakken voorzien en fijn informeel contact met de eigenaren. We had 4 in our party 1 couple and 2 singles .. the pictures really don’t do the property justice and the value for money was outstanding!! We would definitely go again ..!!! "A fantastic villa situated in a very quiet location. We travelled as a family with two adults and three teenagers. This accomadation was perfect, the children took the main area and we could hide away in the private fully equipt flat if we needed space. The outdoor areas were great, lots of places to sit with tables and chairs in various areas around the house and garden. The pool is a good size and was cleaned during our stay.
