"Excelente hotel"

"Room was great. BUT We were placed on the first floor which has the balcony right along the littered road with quite limited view. No option for an alternate room. Pool lovely. Not overcrowded but deep. No real shallow end. “Parking” was free 15 minute walk downhill. We were on a wait list for paid parking close to hotel for the full week. Never got any. "

"Apartment looks outdated, with old furniture. No air conditioning makes sleeping a bit difficult and there is only on fan in the apartment. I stayed on the ground floor, with little/no privacy unless u close the curtains (but then again, no AC inside, so the options are no privacy or be in a sauna) Late check in was easy, despite reception desk being closed"

"Beach was horrible. Not easy to access. Water dark and very wavy. Staff were nice. Rooms clean but run down. Food was awful and always cold. Desserts always the same and tasteless. Tourists were very rude. Many safety concerns noticed. Tripped on some thing in the ground that wasn’t marked. Lighting poor. Many stairs for ppl who are disabled or with babies. Shower leaked. Door lock jammed. No accommodations for late check out. Spa was great but you have to pay extra. Water could have been...

"Meget fint nyoppusset hotell med fin utsikt over byen og havet. Meget hyggelige og blide ansatte, og renholdet var helt fantastisk. Har allerede bestilt nytt 14 dagers opphold i februar 2026."

"I'm going to say the good things about the hotel at the end, but the low evaluation is mostly because the hotel doesn't have a 24 hours reception and the staff doesn't seem to have had proper training. The major error was about the cab that took me back to the airport. It was in a very late time (3:30am) so in the day before I asked them to confirm the booking and to give me a phone number in case something wrong happened (as there would be nobody to help me at 3:30am if the taxi was not there)....

"Fatal ! La reserva ponía entrada a partir de las 12:00 h y no querían darnos habitación hasta las 16:00 h. La tv no tenía canales en castellano estando en España , ni ningún tipo de información del hotel estaba en castellano. Y la información era engañosa había una botella de vino de cortesía y luego la cobraron cuando no estaba indicado precio en ningún sitio, la atención del personal nefasta y lo peor admiten mascotas, a la tarde 4 horas después del check in en el que no nos dijeron nada ,...
