"A wonderful cottage and a very nice interior. Ric as a host was absolutely easygoing und caring. Any request he answered within shortest time, which made us feel welcome and looked after very well. The cottage is very spacious and it was a terrific idea to change one of the former bedrooms into a huge bathroom. Heating and fireplace was working perfectly. We had ten wonderful days in Whitstable, where we come to for new year for nearly twenty years now ..."

Dazu organisiert der Vermieter im Vorhinein einen überwachten Parkplatz, der nur 200 m entfernt ist, so dass man sich darum nicht kümmern muss. Bei der Ausstattung hat nichts gefehlt, alles war wie beschrieben bzw. noch besser...

"Can’t recommend this place enough. We had a fantastic stay here for New Year’s Eve. The photos don’t do the place justice - it has so much space, and so much character. The location is unbeatable on the iconic Mermaid Street, 5 minutes from the station. Easy check in process. Would so recommend for a large group looking for a stay in Rye. "

"This tasteful and well appointed chalet with great facilities is very close to the seafront, which you reach through a nice back garden. The bed was so comfy, and the addition of the electric heater in the bathroom was perfect; it made the hop over the to the toilet in the middle of the night bearable.
