This expansive 14-acre riverside sanctuary boasts a 2,200 square-foot log cabin enveloped in a scenic farm landscape with direct walk-in access to the pristine Brazos River. The home features four cozy bedrooms, two baths, dual living areas, and a spacious kitchen designed for large gatherings, comfortably accommodating up to 12 guests in the Main House and opportunity to add on an additional 3 in the Small Cabin. It was perfect for us, Close to Mineral wells and close to Rocker B. Boys loved it and we enjoyed just having such a peaceful and clean place to rest overnights. I will recommend staying here for sure !!!

Outstanding property
This property is stunning. It was incredible to get away from the big city for a few days and enjoy time spent with friends in this beautiful home. The kitchen is an absolute dream when cooking for a large group. We spent most of our time gathered in the kitchen than anywhere else. The outdoor fireplace is perfect for roasting marshmallows and just enjoying listening to the sounds of nature. The boys also had a blast fishing down in the river. We were here for a baseball tournament but will definitely be back and hope to make this an annual tradition.

Relaxation Station
This was such a nice property. Its hard to find a house on the river and this one was perfect. It was so relaxing to be able to sit down by the river. I stayed there by myself, but this house could easily accommodate 20 people. I would stay here again for sure.

Great property!
We enjoyed our stay. Beautiful property that is well taken care of. Our kids loved the yard and river when it wasn’t raining. There were tons of beds. There is only a tv in the bunk room. The rest were in the closets. Assuming it was to optimize sleeping space to accommodate more people. The bunk room was perfect for the kids. I wish it was in every Vrbo we stay at! The kitchen was huge and beautiful, but it did lack some basic large bowls and utensils we assumed it would have. There are no spices or condiments available. We loved the double fridge and seating space in the dining room. It was perfect for meals, conversation and games. If we ever go back to the area (Rocker B), we’d stay there again!

Perfect place for families
We absolutely loved the cabin by the river. We love to take our kids and grandkids to Broken bow and stay in cabins- but I can honestly say this cabin was everyone’s favorite !!!! Even though it was only 2 baths ( but they have another cabin you can rent with an additional bedroom and bath), the cabin is designed in away where there is plenty of room to spread out with a lot of beds in each room. We celebrated New Years and it was the perfect place. The kitchen is a beautiful spectacular ranch kitchen with all the cookware and extras we needed. And the kitchen is situated in such a way that the early riser can get up and drink coffee without waking anyone else We highly recommend this beautiful relaxing river cabin. Our grandkids are already asking us to come back next year. Thanks again.

We are a large group and we didn't need anything extra. Had enough pillows, sheets, towels. Loved the beds and rooms! River within walking distance and cooking appliances were in great conditions. The house included lots of things and one of them water lol!

Wonderful property!!!
Property is tucked away and very secluded! Had 3 families sharing the house and it was perfect!! We had a lot of rain… so was hard to REALLY get to enjoy the outdoors but still had an amazing time! If you are looking for a wonderful home right on the river.. and you want to unplug from cell phones TV etc. this is an AWESOME place!!

It’s was absolutely beautiful!!
The property was amazing!! The weather was perfect. The cabin was clean and very roomy for our family. We celebrated a birthday and a new baby joining our family!! We were impressed with all things. The neighbor saw that we were having a little issue with the gate code and offered to help us or if we needed anything to come up to his place. Highly recommend.

Wonderful Christmas Family Getaway
We wanted a place that had space for us to come together as a large family and enjoy Christmas together and this place delivered in SPADES! So quiet and peaceful, lots of room and great spaces. The requirements sound very restrictive, but in practice they are more normal than I first expected when I read through them. The property manager was always available for questions and requests. Would stay there again. Highly recommend.

Everything was great except there were no over head lights in one of the bed rooms down stairs with several beds. Only one little lamp would work. There were no kitchen towels. We found them in the dirty clothes hamper. Had to wash them. The place was great and the family had a great time. Thank you.

Annual Family Trip
The overall property is amazing. The view of the river is beautiful. My grandsons loved walking to the river to skip rocks. Plenty of space outside the house. The kitchen is fantastic, we cooked and ate all meals in the house. We also enjoyed the outside fireplace. We had a great fire Saturday night and the chimney drew all the smoke up so none of us smelled like smoke after we went inside. Cell service is poor, but that's not why we go to places like this. Brandy was great to work with, she responded quickly when I needed the gate code. We would definitely book this house again in the future.

Beautiful home, but quite a hassle
The home was beautiful and well represented in the photos and description. The owners were kind and tried to be helpful. But for the 12 hours we were there, it was a three ring circus: unable to get into the home for two hours because they gave us the wrong code having to pay for insurance, give an additional deposit, give my drivers license, and sign their legal documents sprinklers went off at 3 am on people camping outside after getting permission for them to sleep there wash breakfast dishes by hand and put in cupboard to get deposit back have to clean any fireplace or pit you use before leaving had to contact owner to get deposit back If we had been staying for a longer period of time, these things might not have seemed like a big deal. It just felt like a lot of hassle for one night.
