Welcome to our cozy apartment in Grado Pineta! This lovely apartment offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay. With 60 square metres of floorspace, it provides ample room for relaxation.
Featuring 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a well-equipped kitchen, this flat is perfect for families or small groups. The kitchen is fitted with essential amenities such as a microwave, coffee machine, fridge, and dishwasher, making it convenient for preparing meals.
The living area provides a cozy space for you to unwind and enjoy quality time with your loved ones. You can catch up on your favorite shows on the TV or simply relax in comfort. The partial air-conditioning ensures a pleasant environment even during warm summer days.
For your comfort, there is a parking lot or garage available and free of charge.
Children are more than welcome in this accommodation, making it a family-friendly option. However, smoking is not allowed to maintain a clean and pleasant environment for all guests. Please also note that the apartment does not have access for wheelchairs.
