"John has a great spot to stay that is clean, well equipped, close to the beach, town and airport. Nice setup plus he has his own car rental which makes the travels less stressful. John is a great communicator and has all the processes down to a science. Highly recommend. "

"Aviso aos navegantes: apesar de conter "resort" no nome, o Mika´s é uma casa super estilosa beachfront. O que nem de longe é uma crítica. A casa é incrível. Foi uma das melhores experiências de nossas vidas. Não há serviço de hotelaria, mas a Samia é uma tremenda congierge. Os funcionários são super simpáticos, dá vontade de levar conosco para casa (Robertson e Raymond). A vista é paradisíaca."

"This house and the other one next door that Barbi owns, Bonefish Barbi’s, are both wonderful vacation homes. They’re clean, comfortable and convenient to the airport, Governors Harbour, and other places on the island if you have a car and are inclined to explore. Barbi is very responsive to questions and. Is very easy to work with. After staying in many other places around Governors Harbour over the years, these two houses have been my favorites, which is why I keep coming back to them. "

"Very nice house, beach, pool, views. The only thing I’d add is bring your own music as there’s no way to have it outside on the deck or pool area. The house has a lot of things ( individual AC units, lots of fans ) that aren’t easy to figure out, it would be nice if the housekeeper went through it with us to save time and frustration. Owner and manager are very nice. "

"Our week stay was wonderful. Property is as shown. Very clean. All the conveniences of home that you don’t always find in the Bahamas - nice kitchen, comfortable bed, great water pressure and functioning showers, whole house AC, pool, TV’s, Audio, etc. Both owner and caretaker are very responsive. " A beautiful place on a incredible beach. Everything worked as advertised. We loved the great room with a great view of the ocean and plenty of room for everyone. The guest rooms were very quiet. The appliances were top notch with a double oven and a sub zero fridge. Very well equipped, so many cabinets that we had a little trouble remembering where everything was kept The pool was a little cool, we should have opted for the heated option. We hope to return."

"2nd time back! Disappointing! The ladder to get up and down into the water (off the deck) was gone/broken. That was a major problem! Had a snake in the weeds that was not cut.
