"Very quaint cabin. Well sized for us two adults. Beds comfy and it was plenty warm. Outside temps were lo 30’s. Some sunshine, some drizzle. Didn’t utilize any cooking as we were attending a destination wedding where all meals were provided at another rental location. Wi- Fi was flawless which is extremely important for us with multiple devices each. Very charming place and would return to same if another opportunity presents. Totally recommend!"

"A really excellent place to relax and enjoy Mt Hood"

"Wonderful stay with access to snow outside the door. Paths to walk on and sledding near by. Home was comfortable. Extra blankets were needed in the night for the kids. Heaters worked but gave off a symphony of knocks and bangs. Kitchen had everything needed for home cooked meals. "

"Excellent location to see Mt Hood and River Gorge. Description and photos are accurate. Communication was very good. House was a great value."

"We had a great time on the mountain. Jenice was very communicative and helped with all my questions. I would definitely rent again."

"My family and I stayed 2 nights at the cabin. It was perfect for us. Close to Mt Hood Meadows, night sledding and lovely walks in the woods. A couple of maintenance issues which I’m sure will be resolved for next guest."

"The house was better than expected! The king beds were very comfortable It was very hot in the house with no air conditioning and 87 degree temperatures during the day. There were several fans ans cool temps. at night which did help. Less than a 10 minute drivw to Timberline "

"We loved staying here, it was rustic, simple and relaxing. I loved the rich history and the care and thought Ian put into making the cabin enjoyable. The selection of books, a beautiful wood stove and a little record player added to the old time vibe. Thanks to host Ian for preserving and sharing this gem with us all. "

"A warm cozy cabin that we had the pleasure of enjoying for a night. The sauna was a delight that took our breath away. The firewood stove was a warm and so beautiful, to be in a cozy cabin while it snowed in the forest around us, leaves me speechless with joy in my heart Wishing we could have stayed longer!"

"Nice property, but some instructional materials about heating, the stove for people unfamiliar with gas cooking, more specifics about trash and recycling. At 75 I’ve stayed in many rentals and I can’t remember a rental that didn’t provide more information. kitchen is well equipped."

"It was so cozy and calm. There is no central heat, so it took a day of burning wood to get the house warm. We also couldn’t figure out how to operate the oven the stove part we got, but not the oven. I just love being in the woods and that cozy cabin. It was lovely."

"The house worked out great for our family to have access to xc skiing on Mt Hood over the MLK weekend. The boys loved the game room ping pong, darts, and foosball. We all enjoyed the hot tub. The kitchen is set up to cook and bake. The gas grill might need a tuneup or new cylinder as it wasn’t quite as hot as it could have been. Comfortable and clean, everyone had a good time. "

"It was by far our most favorite cabin that we have stayed in! The vibes were great as we stayed in the cabin during some rainy days. The interior was immaculate and we loved every minute of it. The view through the giant windows was an incredible view. We would 100% stay here again. "

"That if there is anything I can help with , I'm on MTN every week. Roof cleaning , windows , gutters everything cleaning. Noticed you had a few very plugged gutters during rain this week. "We spent a long weekend here for my granddaughters birthday. The cabin was clean and we loved the sleeping loft with second bathroom. The kitchen had everything we needed, hot tub was a great treat, and the wood stove was cozy. Close to ski area, hiking, and restaurants. Overall, we had a great time and the cabin was perfect for us. "

"Very quiet area, backs up to the woods and the jacuzzi is awesome. Close to stores and restaurants as well as skiing and outdoor adventures. Would definitely recommend."
