Introducing Hilltop View Cottage great Scenery and acreage.
Located in the picturesque Victorian High Country a 10 min drive into Mansfield town. Situated on 12 acre property.

Kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, full size fridge, toaster, kettle, tea and coffee pod machine some pods supplier, cooking oil flour, paper towel, gladwrap, foil baking paper and more.

Reverse cycle split system and wood fire

We DO NOT SUPPLY FIREWOOD or Kindling
We supply matches and fire lighters
It can be purchased at IGA, Foodworks and any servo in town

10 min to Mansfield - 8 min to Lake - 5 min to River
45 min to Mt Buller - 1 hr to Craigs Hut


Things to do:
Wineries, horse riding, Lake Eildon boating and fishing, Snow skiing in Winter,

Feeling rejuvenated!
We had an amazing two-night stay at this beautiful house on top of a hill. The panoramic views were absolutely breathtaking and provided the perfect backdrop for a peaceful and relaxing getaway. The tranquility was unparalleled, and we felt completely rejuvenated. The house itself was cozy, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Peaceful mountain retreat
Take an easy so when you're sitting on the deck admiring the stunning view you don't have to get up to go to the fridge!! Great place for a weekend trip, close to Mansfield as well.

Relaxing stay with the most incredible views
Our stay was fantastic. This property was designed for relaxing! Secluded yet still close to town and plenty of great hikes in the area. We’ll definitely be coming back to this property.

Perfect Getaway
Very grateful for having the opportunity to stay at this beautiful property. We have absolutely loved it! We are from Melbourne and have always holidayed on the Mornington Peninsula and always considered a sea change, but being here has definitely made us reconsider to a tree change instead! The tranquility, stunning views, birdlife and fresh air was faultless. The house was clean and very comfortable, and the fireplace was just lovely (even though we had to bring our own firewood). Definitely recommend to anyone wanting a country escape!

Beautiful weekend getaway
Gorgeous house with stunning views. So quiet and peaceful. Amazing views to wake up to and enjoy. My only complaint is the condition of the driveway (definitely reommend 4wd), and solar lights at front door could do with an upgrade to ones that stay on at night when you're coming back in the dark.

Lovely property with spectacular views!
Well appointed comfortable and warm house. All amenities have been thoughtfully provided. We really enjoyed our stay. Watching the sunrise is well worth the effort. A glorious spot to get some restful relaxation and close to the snowfields and plenty of outdoor activities.

Beautiful winter getaway
We had the loveliest family long weekend here. The property was clean, cozy and nestled in a tranquil pocket. Close enough for a short drive into Mansfield but far enough away to feel like you’ve got away from it all. The house had everything needed. Kids loved the stuffys upstairs in the room. Peace & quiet with fantastic views
My wife & I stayed at this property for 4 nights, we wanted something quiet & peaceful and also great views. After searching around I picked this one and we weren't disappointed, a quaint 2 bedroom cottage with fantastic views, we also had some amazing sunsets. Great living room with log burner and the rest of the house was also great. Only a 12 minute drive to the centre of Mansfield. No problem to recommend this property.

Driving holiday
The drive to the property was a bit further out of Mansfield than I thought it would be and along a dirt road, so be mindful of that. Having said that when we reached the house we were blown away with the views. Probably the best views of any Stayz property I have stayed at. The.house itself had everything we needed and was very clean, and was pretty much as shown in the photos.The bird life around the house was abundant, and the country around Mansfield was spectacular. Only slight criticism I would make is that the house could have done with better fly screens. Overall this was a very good start to our driving holiday in Victoria.

A very relaxing time
This property was well maintained and very neat and tidy. It is located in an awesome position fairly close to Mansfield and is extremely peaceful, with views of a magnificent valley that changes by the hour. If you want peace and quiet, this is the location. The property is well equipped and ready for you to enjoy your stay. However some extra towels would have been nice. Just be careful of the drive way. Recent flooding have obviously had some affect. If you have a small car, just be careful and take it easy. It is easy to drive up, but some holes were bigger than the seemed. We had an awesome time at this accomodation. my father and I were able to reconnect in harmony.

Amazing views - loved this house!
A lovely cottage in the most amazing position on a hill - views in all directions! The large trees on the property were gorgeous and it was lovely to see a few little birds popping up around the place. We absolutely loved this house which was relaxed and well appointed. A few standouts - fantastic blinds (something we've come to appreciate over time!), comfortable furnishings and lots of options for seating outside to avoid the heat of the day. We found upstairs very hot for sleeping. A very small thing but the provision of a few more dishwasher tablets and some washing machine detergent would have been appreciated. Thanks again for a wonderful stay. We hope to return one day!
