"We had a perfect stay at the Strozzi Palace in Cheltenham. The building is very well located, close to the High Street, shops and restaurants, but yet at a tranquil and silent comer of the city. The apartment is beatifully decorated, well equipped and impeccably clean. Self check in was super easy. Highly recommended."

"Excellent value accommodation in an area where hotels etc are really expensive. Easy to check into reception, room is clean and has everything you’d need. It was very quiet and not many folk staying. Security is a bonus ….. we were really impressed and will come again. "

"Great, centrally-located property. The appartment was modern, clean &spacious. The staff were friendly & helpful. I had a room above the pedestrianised area which meant there was a bit of noise from people leaving the pubs but it soon died down. I'd stay again."

"This has to be the best place to stay in Cheltenham. It is clean, comfortable, roomy and stunning. It is the little touches that make this accommodation stand out over all the other places I have stayed. "

"We (my partner, and my Mum) had a lovely stay here to celebrate my Mum's birthday and really appreciated the treats left for us! Check in was super easy with the lock box. The cottage is great for 2 guests as both bedrooms have an en suite (although the upstairs/loft bedroom doesn't have a door FYI). Plenty of seating in the living area too with the sofa, armchair, and even an electric armchair which came in handy for my Mum! "From the moment I booked the property, to leaving the property, the experience has been seamless. Great communication & the checkin was swift. The property itself is incredible. Great for large groups. With the kitchen stacked full of cooking equipment. Plenty of games & activities to do too. The property is set in a quiet space just on the edge of Cheltenham. We walked back from the centre which was about 25 minutes."

"We stayed at this property for a large group and it was an excellent property. Cazz and team were very accommodating and helped us with multiple enquiries and even unloading a large shop for us. "Hotel muito antigo, o quarto estava limpo mas o carpete cheirava cigarro mesmo sendo de não fumante , o hotel estava vazio e colocaram a gente em um quarto virado pra rua. Barulho à noite toda , o quarto não tem vedação , o colchão deve ter uns 25 anos ... tudo limpo lençóis etc localização top , se não vai para dormir muito , melhor lugar da cidade "

Good hotel

"Nice hotel, rooms are big for English standards and very close to supermarket, shops, etc. Parking is not free but was charged only 5GBP for day, so that was ok. The only downside was that we were traveling with a lot of bags and they do not have an elevator, anyway, they have only 2 floors so we had to go only one flour up. Overall nice stay with no issues."
