"The hotel is too strict with the time schedules!! No way to think about late checkout, even for one hour! The dinner can’t be at 20:30, just at 20:15, even if there are free spaces and nobody will arrive after you; the simulator has no empty slots but, if we’re going to checkout, suddenly there appear two slots! Besides this, the hotel is far from the more touristic spots to see Mount Fuji."

"The free onsen was great but we did not know then went to other day onsen after climb the Mt Fuji. Dinner was delicious at the onsen restaurant. I will try the BBQ next time I book again. Over all it was a great stay, must stay at least 3 nights if you plan to climb the mountain. Offered 30mins late check out for free of charge. Thank you. "
