"We were there with several friends and had tons of room to have either alone time or fun together time! Great outdoor amenities and we all said it’s a great place to gather! The kitchen and dining area/open living area were great for hanging out and eating and spending time together."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the lake house! The desk/office area was great for WFH and the kids loved the fire pit for Smores. The house was very clean, well maintained and neighbors were friendly! The host Cody was quick to respond and also friendly. We would definitely recommend this property and would stay here again in the future."

"Our family truly enjoyed our stay at this property. Located conveniently to Lake Texoma for fishing, boating and water sports. There are a number of casinos in the area and we found a wonderful restaurant in nearby Kingston. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating."

"Our 3 night stay included 2 nights of very bad storms and the host was very responsive to our needs. She went above and beyond, despite other cabins needing more asistance. This is a great little "cabin in the woods", so if you are looking for a 5 star hotel this isnt the place for you. We always pack "to be prepared", and this came in handy. We enjoy our "creature comforts of home" and so we brought them with us. We brought all our own food and drinks...otherwise it would have been a 30 minute...

"This lake house/ location was truly perfect. We had an age range of kids with us 8 months- 12 years old and was looking for something close to go hang out at the lake, but also close enough to walk home when needed. This place was perfect. We enjoyed the full wrap around patios, fire pit, and volleyball court! Great place"

"We loved this house!!Everything was amazing! Our twin girls turned 12 on Friday and wanted a few friends to sleep over and go to the lake and the house fit that needed greatly. The big room with the extra beds worked out so nicely. We locked ourselves out when we went to swim, but the host messaged us back immediately when we let her know and advised us on how to get back in with ease.we would recommend this place highly."

Only negatives were that the couch was visible old and seemed like I could break at any moment and the bathroom had a sewage smell after using the shower.
