"Muito mal organizados! Reservei tres camas mas no sistema deles so apareciam 2. AMigos meus que reservaram por outro site tambem tiveram o mesmo problema com este hostel. No fim nos colocaram em um quarto com uma cama de casal e um sofa. Dormiram quatro na cama e um no mini sofa. Péssimo atendimento"

"Clean room and great bathroom, since everything was divided, wich made easy 4 people sharing the same room. Nice stairs to the up beds, and individual outlets. The staff dind´t give us tips about what to do in Koh Tao and how to save some money doing it (it is an expensive island for Thailand standards), as it usually happens when we are in hostels. No option of breakfast, no common kitchen. Wifi stopped working very often"

"It's the typical guest house rooms by the water. They have 2 locations, I didn't know this when I book after my friend book with them. They send me to the other side of the water. We had to carry 2 heavy luggage over the bridge. No elevators to 3rd floor. Room is basic, typical shower without cover so water can get everywhere. The staff are friendly and nice though. Great balcony view. They do give you new towels and water. Place is quiet enough. Bed is on the harder side. We were not lucky, but...
