The sleeping area comprises 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with windows and showers.
The master bedroom with a writing desk and double bed and the adjacent double room with single beds and a large desk for studying or smart working will enchant you with spectacular views of the entire bay.
The third bedroom, with a bathroom "en-suite," overlooks the garden behind and has a double bed and a single.
THE GARDEN
The fully enclosed private garden measures about 650 square meters. It gently degrades from the driveway to the gate that gives access to the beach, where a shower made from a juniper trunk allows you to rinse with fresh water from the beach.
The garden is spread over three sides and is planted with a lawn, including plants typical of the Mediterranean scrub and decorative planters.
