Just completed 4 bedroom, 5 bathroom modern Town home, pool table, sleeps 10

Welcome to Ravens Landing. A brand new modern Townhome. Four bedrooms including 2 master suites with ensuite bathrooms. All bedrooms have king beds that can be split into two single beds providing excellent flexibility. Media room has a queen pullout couch and adjoining full bathroom as well as large flatscreen TV with blu ray player, satellite TV and soundbar. Top of the line Olhausen billiards table for family fun. The mainfloor of the townhome has a large extended length one car garage, entryway/mud room area perfect for taking off and storing ski equipment, full bathroom. There are three bedrooms on this level. 2 bedrooms containing king beds that can be split into single beds and large closets. The third bedroom is a large master with king bed that can be split into two singles, large closet, large flatscreen TV with blu ray player and satellite TV and an onsuite bathroom. The ensuite bathroom has a vanity, full shower, heated towel racks and heated floors.
The upper floor contains the modern kitchen with sit-up bar area, large refrigerator, stovetop, oven, dishwasher, pantry and all the modern kitchen appliances for the discerning chef. Just off the kitchen is the large dining area with 8 person dining table and chandelier above. Next to the dining area is the large living room with sectional sofa, gas fireplace and large flatscreen TV with blu ray player, satellite TV and soundbar. Off the upper floor is a huge deck going from one end of the upper floor to the other. It has an 8 person hot tub, large gourmet BBQ grill and beautiful views. There is a half bath just off the living room. Finally off the living room is the second master bedroom with king bed that can split into two singles, large closet, flatscreen TV with blu ray player and satellite TV and onsuite bathroom. The ensuite bathroom has full shower, his and her vanities, heated towel racks and heated floors.

Family Reunion
This was a great place for our 2 families (8 adults) to get together and tour the area. We greatly enjoyed the whole condo. (plus BBQ/Hot tub) The pool table in the basement was a great addition. It kept us out of the heat with a fun activity. Thanks for the use of your condo.

Perfect place to stay during your holiday in Golden
We really enjoyed our stay at Raven's Landing. House was very clean and spacious for a group of 10 people. We had issue with the Washing machine and informed to the house keeper. He came and fixed it withing 1hr. Overall we are very much satisfied with the house and their services. We will definitely recommend to others.

Great host and house
We had a family of 7 adults and stayed a week to enjoy all that Golden/Banff had to offer: hiking, mountain biking, river rafting and good restaurants. The house was properly represented in the listing and photos. It was very clean, had all the amenities, and we truly enjoyed the hot tub and pool table. I would highly recommend this house to my friends and family.

Beautiful views and great location
Stayed for 3 days of ski/snowboarding at Kicking horse. First off - don't worry about Kicking Horse reviews saying it's a dangerous mountian. It's only as scary as you want it to be with plenty of long green and blue runs. We were moderate to good riders on arrival ranging from 12 to 50 yo and didn't run into anything we didn't mean to try. The views on the hill are incredible and the further you want to hike the more fresh snow you get. The house is perfectly located only 3 minutes drive to the lift which is great for a mid day nap or rest as the mountian will horse kick the energy out of all but the most experienced riders. You can ski in and out but out on a snowboard you'll have to walk a short distance as the closest lift only runs on busy weekends. House is bright and open with lots of space for family and friends. Hot tub with a coffee first thing in morning watching the mountain for a groomer is delightful. Kitchen was well equipped. If you can, buy your groceries before Golden as prices climb with the altitude. There is also a general store with liquor in the resort. House manager was quick to reply to any questions. The garage is set up fantastic for winter sports with drying tower and hanging racks. There may be cheaper options available but you won't get this level of a relaxing family mountian experience in a suite or 20 minutes away in Golden.

Great Stay
Loved our stay, we had a group of young families and the setup worked well for us and our little ones. If you have early risers/early to bed people in your group you will hear those upstairs in your rooms (even just moving furniture) - that being said the babies were able to sleep through it so it wasn't a huge deal for us. Pool table and hot tub were both awesome. Would definitely stay again

Raven's Landing
Beautiful home with everything you could think of available to use, very well stocked with kitchen gadgets, condiments ect. Although some of our party unfortunately had to cancel, the remainder of our family enjoyed everything about the home and the surrounding area. Large rooms, bathrooms, dining table, and deck, so much room throughout the home. Family enjoyed the hot tub and large deck with an incredible view of the mountains. While we were there it was a very quiet neighborhood. Although we enjoyed all that Golden had to offer we would have been just as happy to stay in, play games, hot tub and visit. It was incredible and thanks for having us!

Was very spacious, clean just perfect for our family. The views were spectacular of the mountains. Lots of kitchen supplies to use for cooking was very nice. The manager Gabriel was very fast for responding to our questions.

great location. newer property with everything needed to relax, cook, and entertain ourselves. everything was very clean including the hot tub. only thing i would say as a "nice to have" would be some more games and playing cards for the evenings, and or if day plans were to get rained out etc. will certainly be looking here again for our next trip to Golden.

Great facilities, Beautiful Views, Great Location. Spacious Living Quarters. Real Clean and in new condition. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Golden was a refreshing location comparted with Banff. Hopped to Glacier National Park as well as enjoyed the town of Golden.

Archaeology research work in Golden
The crew thought the place was really swanky! They enjoyed their stay, and it was so nice to come back to at the end of each day due to lots of hiking in the Kicking Horse Canyon! A huge success and a lovely house, it was a real treat!

Light, airy and very spacious
Myself, my wife and several family members stayed at the house for the wedding of my daughter being held at the Eagle Eye Lodge atop of the Kicking Horse ski resort. Arriving in the late afternoon, we found the whole property to be comfortably warm, light, airy and very spacious. Situated in what we found to be a calm, quiet and relaxing area about fifteen minutes walk or five minute drive from the gondola, the house extremely well equipped with high end appliances throughout and good quality linens and towels. My wife and I took the master bedroom and found it to be a good size with the bed and pillows extremely comfortable. The three remaining bedrooms were taken by our friends and family who were also very happy with the accommodation. We found the house to be very clean and all of the bathrooms were well appointed with sufficient supplies. Some of the family did enjoy the spacious hot-tub but I don’t think any of us took the opportunity to switch on any of the multiple tv’s as we had too much else going on. The wi-fi worked perfectly, easy to access and more than capable of supporting multiple devices. We also had good cell phone service from a variety of service providers It is possible to park about four full sized vehicles plus an additional one in the garage but being only a single width drive, does require some planning for coming and going. The house had a range of local beers and coffee that we found to be a nice touch although we didn’t sample these. The town of Golden is about twenty minutes drive and has decent grocery shops, restaurants and fast food establishments. I would highly recommend staying at this property.

Great stay with great views!
Gabriel's place was really what we were looking for in our trip. It was a ski-in ski-out of kicking horse mountain resort with amazing views on the surrounding mountains. It was first and foremost very clean. The house is about 20 mins from the city of golden. We were a group of 9 friends and the place was sufficiently big to accommodate all of us. The kitchen had everything we needed and little attentions like a ski boot heater, towel heaters, flip flops at the door, hot tub plastic glasses and extra towels for the hot tub were very appreciated. Having the hot tub was a key aspect after a long day of ski touring! The check in and out process was easy. The only thing that was a little hassle was going to a shed up the hill (separate from the house) to bring our garbage bags at the end of the stay. The internet during our stay was slow most of the time so we resorted to our LTE on our phones. Other than that, we are extremely satisfied with our week vacation, we would recommend this cottage to our friends and family! Thanks again Gabriel! - Eva and Friends

Kicking Horse is definitely becoming one of our top ski hills to frequent. Ravens landing is in a wonderful location, it was comfortable and cozy, well equipped with all the basics, and we loved the heated floors and hot tub! Gabriel was a great host and the neighbours are also very friendly. We would definitely stay again, thanks for having us!
