"The chalet is beautiful, much more beautiful than it looks in the pictures. You can feel the care and love for the house everywhere. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The wood stove was wonderful and there was plenty of wood outside. The surroundings of the house were also beautiful. One of the best places we have ever stayed. Highly recommended. "Luckily we only had to stay here one night. Online pictures of apartment are accurate however we unfortunately found it to be very unclean and noisy. This small strip of apartments is connected to a hostel and it seemed that their communal room must have backed up to us because we could hear loud talking and laughing all night. The location of the house was also great because we were close to many of the popular things to see in Iceland but also far enough away from the more populated areas which meant we got to see the northern lights.
