As you step into our penthouse, you'll be greeted by a bright and airy open-plan living space, thoughtfully designed to maximise both comfort and style. The living area is the perfect place to unwind after a day of sun and surf, with plush seating, a flat-screen Smart TV, and large windows that showcase the mesmerising ocean views.

The fully equipped kitchen boasts modern appliances, ample counter space, and all the utensils and cookware you'll need to whip up delicious meals. Bedrooms:

Master Bedroom: Wake up to the sound of the waves in the lavish master bedroom, featuring a comfortable king-sized bed, an en-suite bathroom with ocean views from the spa bath, and direct access to the balcony.

Bedroom 2: The bedroom can be configured with 2 single beds or have them combined into a king-sized bed, along with ample storage space, natural light and views over the hinterland.

Bedroom 3: A spacious queen-sized bed awaits you in the second bedroom, along with ample storage space, natural light and views over the hinterland.

Bathrooms:

En-suite Bathroom: The master bedroom boasts a modern en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, a soaking spa bath with ocean views, and a double vanity.

Main Bathroom: The second bathroom is conveniently located for the other guests and features a shower and a vanity.

Rooftop toilet: For convenience when entertaining, there is a toilet and vanity on the rooftop terrace.

Important: Due to the number of people booking under false names, we require an Online Check-in Form to be completed which requires a copy of Government Identification in the name of the person booking. A booking is not finalised until this is completed.

The apartment is located just minutes from the Gold Coast airport.

Kirra Beach shops and restaurants are just a 9 minute walk away, while Coolangatta with its plethora of restaurants, bars, shopping and a large supermarket are only a 20 min walk away.

The car park has a height limit of 2.2m.

No smoking or vaping.
No parties or events. No Schoolies.
A copy of your Government identification must be provided at the time of booking through the completion of the Online Booking form. This must match the name of the person making the booking.
No pets, If pets are found to be in the apartment, we are required by building management to have professional cleaning and pest control undertaking immediately. This cost will be at the guests expense.
Kirra Surf Apartments observes a quiet time between 10pm and 8am. Please refrain from loud noise during this time.
Check in time during school holidays is 3pm . This is due to ensure the apartments are appropriately cleaned during the peak period.
A $55 fee is payable when the BBQ is used and not cleaned to the manner it was found.
Additional cleaning fees of $60 per hour apply where the property requires excess cleaning for example food stains on furniture or floor coverings. Additional cleaning costs e.g. steam cleaning due to fake tan stains will also be payable by the guest.
No check in or out Christmas day, New Years Day or Easter Sunday.
$150 fee for each lost key.
Note to Guests: Accidents happen. If you lose a key, fob, or get locked out, we're here to help. While we offer spare keys via our security team for after hours lock outs (9pm to 7am), a $200 call-out fee applies and must be cleared before key handover. Furthermore, any reported anti-social or illegal activities, like unauthorised parties or excessive noise between 9pm - 8 am, will incur a $250 call-out fee. This, along with any security breach-related costs, will be directly charged to you.
Consumables: We are including a number personal hygiene and cleaning products made by Zero Co. These are environmentally friendly and refillable. Should you decide to take these with you, they will be charged at $20 per bottle.
